Kinda. Arcee was actually June’s, but Jack grew up with Arcee as his unofficial babysitter, so he pretty much sees her as his Scyther-Mom as well.

(+Like in Pokemon, the single mom of the protag aka June is totally getting it on with Agent Professor Fowler lol)

I’ve actually thought a little about how the Pokemon verse works. Basically Fowler adopted Raf and they were relocated to a distant Pokemon Research/Habitation Facility-Park thing kinda like Jurassic Park I guess. There they meet Miko (whose parents are Pokemon doctors living on-site) and June (who works as a nurse there) + Jack.

The Autopokes are “domesticated” Pokemon living in / helping out at the Research Facility whilst the Deceptimons are the forever wild Pokemon who run amok on the grounds and refuse all attempts at taming.

So Bumblebee isn’t Raf’s per se but he is Raf’s favourite Autopoke out of all the Pokemon living on the facility.
