season five,  zara’s death.

zara  jacobs  dies  a  fiery,   death  from  the  hythylodium  that  hit  the  ground,   but  it  wasn’t  pain-free  at  the  beginning.   the  shock  wave  from  the  blast  takes  her  off  her  feet,   her  body  burning  up  from  the  heat  and  colliding  with  debris  until  the  ultimate  crunch  of  her  neck  rids  her  of  pain  and  life  all  together.

from  a  girl  who  cared  little  about  those  around  her  the  moment  she  got  on  the  ground  and  picking  unnecessary  fights  to  a  woman  who  helped  make  sure  people  got  on  board  the  ship  to  safely  go  into  space  away  from  the  blast,   she  knew  that  it  was  the  best  she  could  do  for  the  others   —   they  wouldn’t  need  her  to  get  where  they  needed  to  go.
