I didn’t know the subdivision has “rules”

So there’s monthly dues we have to pay to a white lady name Bethani (with an I- she made sure I knew that and that she was the treasurer). It covers the upkeep of the subdivision.

We’re not allowed to grill in the front or the side of the house…only in the back.

We have to keep our grass freshly cut

And something about no porch trinkets? What’s that?
