a while ago i got some inspiration for some fem viktor outfits (not really a genderbend, but just some feminine presenting outfits, to play around with character design) and after a while i felt bad for not including jayce! so, here they both are!

however, becuase this wasn't planned, the outfits don't really match or follow a strict canon. jayce's outfit ended up being more canon compliant than viktor, who initially started as just a fun exercise

if you want my over thoughts, tho... the first pair represents them in piltover, circa s1. jayce is trying to appeal to the piltovian beauty standard, is skinnier, and overall more strict with his (or hers) appearance. viktor for his part is more shy and insecure.

the second one is heavily inspired by jayce's battle outfit in s2, and it's meant to represent a bolder more "freer" version of themselves. however, viktor does not really match the canon. but he does match the energy. if you allow me, this could be them post canon haha

now for the third... this one is more anachronistic. jayce is clearly meant to be at the forge, and was inspired by s1 jayce, however i feel like this would be a more post canon version of this fem jayce (more relaxed, more secure with her own body). and this viktor... well, that one is the more self-serving of all of them. i just liked the fit and wanted to show of the brace. but it's also kinda giving professor vik, so.... maybe post canon prof vik, if you will.

also, as far as gender presentation goes, i just wanted to try out some character design opposite but complementary to the canon version we got of them. thats all!

Several times on here I've seen the take "I know local theater is bad and cringey, but you have to support it anyway!" And while I understand what they're getting at, I'm always like, why do you assume it's going to be "bad" just because the artists are members of your own community? I just saw a local production of The Importance of Being Earnest and it was HILARIOUS. Everyone was DELIGHTFULLY funny and we thoroughly enjoyed it! There have been so many times I've been greatly moved by "amateur" or student art, and if you can't allow yourself to appreciate anything but "the Best" (and who decides what "the Best" is anyway? This production of "Earnest" was way funnier than the version that Judy Dench and Rupert Everett were in, as deservedly "famous" as they might be) then you are just being a joyless snob. There's beauty and talent all around you. And if that makes me "easy to please," then well... That means I'm pleased more often! And why should I want to apologize for that?

Bruce being completely oblivious to when the kids start dating and just not getting it because he himself wasn't remotely interesting in dating until he's in his 20s or so and just assumes the kids are the same.

Bruce who wonders why Jim Gordon pulls him aside at a gala and tells Bruce that under no certain terms is Barbara having a sleepover with Dick and Bruce is like, 'they're friends?' and 'are you doubting I'm a good parent?' and just not getting it until Jim underlines his very pressing desire to not be a grandfather.

Clark who walks in on Tim and Kon fooling around and immediately hurries to tell Bruce that they're probably dating and they should let the kids know that they're totally OK with it, only for Bruce to be like, 'nah'. Alfred then has to break it to both of them that Tim and Kon have been dating for like a year.

And it happens over and over again and Bruce just can't comprehend that his kids are ready to date or are even thinking about dating. Bruce who has to have the news broken to him gently as possible and explained in the most basic terms because he can't compute these facts.
