My Fitness Journey in Retrospect
Here is just a sample of the different phases that I have undergone in order to achieve some sort of weight loss success.. However; I am still in progress and working towards a better goal.. Toning and building muscle.
My Diet and Workout Regimen
In order to achieve this goal Catrice used the following methods:
Change in Diet (Including more vegetables, fruits tons of water) Minimal Fast Foods
A 4 day workout schedule (Elliptical trainer and Treadmill)
Green Tea Supplement (Or just plain Green Tea)
Little to no meat (I utilized a Pescatarian Vegetarian Diet
Special Vegetarian detoxing foods
Vegetarian Spaghetti (made with Boca Meat, Gluten Free Whole Wheat Noodles and Spaghetti Sauce)
Detoxing/Cleansing – Do this under a physicians care (I detoxed for health reasons as well as spiritual cleansing)
Change in Diet (Higher protein diet, less carbs)
White Fish (Tilapia, Whiting and Flounder)
A gallon- A gallon and a half a day
Developing Muscle mass ( I utilized resources like bodybuilding.com and Fitness Magazine)
