Tip for Regressors who have to work/go to school!

Bring a stuffie with you in your bag! If you don’t feel comfortable having them out/ can’t because of your job or school you can have them in your backpack or bag! Stuffies love playing games in your bag and they don’t mind at all waiting a bit to come back out to play! Stuffies have very good imaginations so they never get bored in there. Plus they like to be there incase you want emotional support! also stuffies can communicate telepathically so even if you’re not with your stuffie you can still talk!

♡ Rule Ideas For Babies W/o CG’s ♡

Keep in mind, rules are meant to help you be your best self and keep you healthy and happy! You have no obligation to follow these rules, but if you’d like to, feel free!

🧸For Physical Health🧸

Brush your teeth twice a day

Take a shower at least every other day

Drink 3 sippy cups of water every day

Bedtime: 11pm (maybe later on weekends)

Eat at least 2 meals a day

Try to fit in at least 10 minutes of exercise a day

🍯For Mental Health🍯

Make your bed every day

Try to tidy up your room at least once a day

Absolutely no talking bad about yourself!! (Treat yourself how you want others to treat you! You deserve it!!)

Talk to a friend or family member once every few days (isolation can’t be bad for the brain!)

Take about an hour (at least) a day to be baby! It’ll help your brain with all the stress of the day

Take your meds every day! (If you have any that is)

There shouldn’t be any! Love yourself and if you can’t manage to brush your teeth twice a day or forgot to shower, that’s okay. It’s all about loving yourself and doing what’s best for you! We’re all rooting for you!

“Oh thank god,” Thomas says, laying his helmet down. “Because I kept thinking on the climb up here that this was going to be a really awkward first meeting, and its stupid to expect you to fall in love with me just because I saved you.”

Lucinda gives him a surprised look. “You’re rather weird. Usually I get guys that demand I fall in love with them because they ‘saved’ me. Which by the way, you didn’t actually do.” She jabs a thumb towards the direction of the dragon. “She’s trained. I tell her to keep assholes away from me, but if I tell her to let you in, she won’t do anything to you.”

“Oh.” Well now he feels a bit better. “But um, the whole lesbian thing? I uh… god this is going to sound weird, but would you consider dating my sister if I brought her to you?”

Lucinda blinks, opens her mouth, and then shuts it. She finally settles on, “Is your sister cute?”

“Um, I don’t know? I mean to me she is, because she’s my sister. But um.”

“Describe her.”

“Red hair, freckles, five foot… two, I think? Likes to make dresses and pretty headdresses out of flowers, her favorite activity is scrapbooking. She’s nineteen and looking for a nice girl to settle down with.”

Lucinda admits, she sounds tempting. “Fine, I’ll meet her. But why are you acting as the go-between for your sister’s love life, exactly?”

Thomas grimaces. “Dad wants to marry her off, and she’s… kind of a lesbian too. Except dad thinks if he throws her at the right dick, she’ll suddenly want that, so… yeah.”

Lucinda cackles.  “Oh my god, you climbed a tower to wingman for your sister?”

“Um, yes?”

She stands, brushes her dress off. “I like you. Show me this cute little sister of yours. We’ll take the dragon - let’s see what that old man of yours thinks when a stolen princess shows up riding a dragon wanting to marry his daughter.”

“I think he’ll have a heart attack.”

“Even better. Now let’s move. Pudding, come!”

“You named your dragon Pudding?”

Autistic Age Regressors

I'm an autistic age regressor and this means many things for me. I thought I'd share a few in case other autistic regressors feel the same. You're not alone!

• I find it difficult to "play pretend" and therefore can't do things like pretending to be a prince or princess, or pretending my stuffies can talk

• I don't always like hugs and cuddles from people but stuffie hugs are great!

• I have specific food likes and dislikes due to sensory reasons and most "kids food" is perfect for me! (Mac and cheese is my favorite!)

• It's great when your special interests align with your regression interests!

• Many autistic people had difficult childhoods due to misunderstanding of their feelings and behavior, so age regression can be really comforting for us to sort of redo it!

• Stimming while regressing!!! Stimming with stuffies!!! Stimming with pacis or chewy stuff or teethers!!!

• Soft things like baby blankets and stuffies that are made specially soft for babies!

• Being "in my own little world" is okay because I'm just a baby with a big imagination!

• Being excited about a special interest and telling people about it is cute and good for you!

• Disliking being messy or touching textures that many kids may like such as paint or food
