Working On; My many, many, many wips, but recently I did a bit for 'That Terrible Indigo Ranger' which is about a supervillain with tech manipulation powers and agorophobia, and the new cool and strange indigo ranger of the color themed ranger hero group, having an incredibly messy, wild and wholesome love story. I swear I started this before I got into Stobotnik, it really is not as similar as it sounds. That said, if you're inspired, feel free to use the idea in fanfiction.

OKAY, SO!!! After a few observational... "big boy, big boy, big boy" comments from my sister, I must explain! Io is purposefully smaller than Collin as to incorporate the same features of Karutians and, heehee, Kojians!
If you think for a SECOND I was being a girly girl and shaping Collin into a man I'd faint over... you'd only be 20% CORRECT because I'm 80% LORE driven. AHEM.
All my biggest thanks to @andrabeets for her advice in how to design Collin in this big version of himself! Finding references of square-shaped faces truly changed the WHOLE game for me here!

It seems like fanon Louie is quite mischaracterized, his character is usually summed up to “evil glutton”, so here i will do my best to talk about why louie is NOT a bad person nor a menace! now for the first part yes, he is DEFINITELY a glutton lol. even in his official description, “無口な新米ドライバー ルーイ 出身星 ホコタテ星 無口で何を考えているかわからない、ホコタテ運送の新入社員。トラブルメーカーを体現する人物で、本能のままに行動する超ド級の食いしん坊。 関係者 田舎のババ 趣味 料理 夢 自由に暮らすこと” (translation notes:"a new quiet driver Louie Planet of origin-hocotate A new employee of Hocotate freight, he's quiet so it's hard to tell what he is thinking. The embodiment of a troublemaker. Huge glutton who acts on instinct. Relatives: nana from the countryside Hobbies: cooking Dreams: Living as he wishes)
In the official Pikmin personality test, if you get louie, you will receive this text: ルーイです。 ちょっとコミュニケーションが苦手。なにを考えているかわからない、と他人から誤解されがち。 自分の気持ちはもっと言葉にしたほうがいいかも？” translation: "your personality is,, louie. You're not very good at communicating. Others don't know what you're thinking and tend to misunderstand you. Maybe you should put your feelings into words more often?" misunderstood is exactly what he is ! and because he is so quiet, his actions repeatedly are mistaken for illintent. lets take a look at some of the testimonies given in Louies report from the nintendo website.

Now for the fact that he stole juice from the koppaites, i rebute by saying Louie had no idea that this juice was meant to be the supply which would regenerate an entire planets food. Sure, he was an asshole for stealing the food, but he did not know he was dooming an entire planet, stating that would be a huge overstatement of his initial action. I present Case 3!
Translation: Steal food and escape!? It seems he had stolen food from the Koppaites ship without permission. He intended to give it to Olimar who had been captured by the plasm wraith though…”
Greedy,, He got it for Olimar because Olimar was captured! how can you say he is evil after that!

Nelle thanks him here, because even though he had taken her, he was taking good care of her! Now there's an entire theory about Louie trying to mimic Olimar, who had told him that a leafling state is the safest state to be in on this planet, and took it literally. This is a theory I believe, and I'm pretty sure he wanted them as leaflings to also help him get food (lol), but that would mean he was trying to keep them alive, so that counts for something! and yes, he is a trouble maker. He caused a whole debt because of his inability to control his hunger after all. However, there is no ill intent. the first thing i'll tackle is a popular theory between some fans that say that Louie does not care for Olimar because of Pikmin 2’s ending. Here, i will pull a super cute log from 2009!

I just don't see how people get the idea that Louie dislikes Olimar. he openly sees him as a friend. Lastly.. Just look how cute he is!
