About OC
Toni is a 21 year old thief, information broker, and femme fatale
She grew up as a street kid and had to turn to thieving and selling intel to get by. She unfortunately learned when she was 19 that she can get things often through manipulating men and has been thieving, flirting, and bartering in criminal spaces ever since. It started as survival but eventually it became a habit.
She's very witty and often deflects with humour. Her found family is everything to her but she's independent and had to learn not to rely on other people. She may push people away or be cold to people she doesn't entirely trust. She is fond of luxury and money often impacts the decisions she makes.
Her skills lie in stealth, thieving, manipulation and sometimes seduction. She's very articulate and smart and has fantastic instincts and quick thinking skills
She is awful at combat and often has to rely on favours or manipulation (like hiring backup or blackmailing) to get out of sticky situations. She also very much avoids being vulnerable and wants to be seen as tough all the time. She also struggles with alcohol and drug addiction.
