hopefully last Magpie redesign

I've always struggled with her hair😭 it was supposed to remind of feathers, at least it's silhouette, but I didn't quite like how generic locks looked, so I changed them to koroba braids

but they didn't quite look like magpie feathers...so I gave up on feathers look..

Now she has braids with little bells on them because she is a hunter in training and is supposed to move around without making a sound✌️

The thing I've always wanted to know - is sped up search for a correct gradient map a possible epilepsy trigger? I used to cut them out of my speedpaints for TikTok just in case because it could take solid 10 seconds of just flashing lights🤔

I did it with a 3 pixel size brush for canvas composition purposes and now I realize it's not visible like at all🥲

but i remembered the issue I always had with timed gesture drawings:

I have no idea why everyone insists on faster to slower sketching(1 min, then 2, then 5) when I'd argue it makes more sense to start with an objectively easier ones(5/10min) and progressively shorten the time, especially when they're used to warm up

Idk Im not saying it's ruining the practice, barely makes any difference, but still illogical to me. I believe it would be easier to grasp the movement in 1min when you already remembered all the forms and muscles in a less stressful 5/10min sketches🤔
