Flirting is second nature to him – instinctual. He doesn’t need to think to please those around him,when he’s in the mood to do so. Lately he’s been more irritable than usual, and despite the efforts he’s made to both improve his mood and figure out what had caused the change in the first place, he’s come out empty handed.
But this… This is different. He doesn’t feel angry right now. Anxious, sure, he’s about to let go of something he’s held very dear to his heart for most of his life, but he doesn’t want to express it with bite. Now, while at the mercy of a beautiful stylist, he just wants to distract himself from the inevitable… Hence the flirting. Or something. Off the top of his head he mostly just wants to drag the stylist back to his dorm room and- Yeah okay, a topic for another day.
“It’s hard to compliment someone when I don’t know their name~” He purrs, “I bet yours is quite elegant… An elegant name for an elegant face…” And honestly, this person is a different level of beauty altogether. If Judar wasn’t dead certain his own family were at some point royalty, he’d say this beauty was just that. But… Calling such a person royal would just sour them in his mind. Fuck his family.
This stranger… Uhg. They’re right. Fucking hell are they right… Judar knows what state his hair is in. He’s been doing the best he can all his life but… He knows a change is necessary. That is what leaves him a nervous mess, and what threatens his ability to keep down his breakfast. Uhg… “…Uh… I’m-” Fuck, this is hard. “Do… Do what you think is best… Layers are fine, just… Try to keep as much of it in the back long as you can?”
He pauses. “…I trust your aesthetic, since you look so nice yourself.”
All this flirting and compliments are going to go straight to his head, he’s sure of that. It always makes him swell when people can recognize and appreciate how beautiful he is, it reminds him that his work isn’t going to waste, and that people he is still wanted by someone.
He giggles, placing a finger by his lips, as if pretending to think on whether to give this person his name or not. Well, of course he was going to, but playing a little never hurt anyone right?
“Well, ok. I’ll give you my name but only because you’re quiet the sweet talker.” A soft laugh leaves his lips, “I’m sure you’re pretty good with wooing people, huh? Well, anyways, I’m Kashuu.”
Painted nails run through the other’s hair some more, straightening it as naturally as he could and trying to undo any knots and tangles, as he nods to the other while meeting his gaze.
“Of course, I can do that. It’s just a touch up so I promise I won’t go crazy with it, ok?” He plays with the damaged locks for a second, “Besides, it’s so pretty, why would anyone want to get rid of more than is necessary?”
A soft smile falls on his lips, “You’re in good hands, dear, don’t worry.”
