ā¼ļøPlease read this. I know it's alot but it's extremely important information for your accounts safetyā¼ļø
There are scammer accounts going around tumblr claiming to have been scammed by someone using your account/pretending to be you and so they have supposedly reported your account and gotten a bunch of their friends to do it aswell (they have not, your tumblr account will be completely fine if you leave it). They claim that you must speak to a person from tumblr support on discord who once you contact them will ask for your user, date of birth, money, ect, and will try to get you to change your email and perhaps other stuff (luckily I was fortunate enough to have figured this out before I contacted anyone on discord and I have gotten most of this information from some reddit posts):

Be warned, tumblr does not have support accounts on discord and these are completely fake people hoping to scam you and steal your account
This scam makes you panic thinking that your account will be disabled so that you ignore all the bad signs that tell you something is wrong, don't worry, as long as you don't give the discord your account information then your account should be fine, just ignore and report.
Here is what I was messaged:
(I blanked out the discord name they gave me)
They begin by sending you this message so please report if you see this:
I checked out the account that messaged me this and I found that all of their posts were reblogs from only 50 minutes after I checked them (about 30 minutes before they contacted me) which I belive is to make their account look used at first glance when in reality it was only recently made. However, people have been contacted with this scam by people they've been following for awhile, if someone you've been following suddenly messages you about this please be aware that their account has most likely been hacked.
If someone tries to use this scam on you then you should imminently report them
