muse: blake plot: i accidentally broke into your house/apartment because my friend lives next door to you and i was in the area, drunk, and i thought i was climbing into the right window and falling asleep on the right couch, so now i’m hungover and shirtless in your living room so um hi howya doin.

It was out of question that Blake had a blast the last night. But if he was going to take one lesson from it, then he better did not get involved in more than one drinking game. That was really a bit much. Upon lifting his head off the couch he had fallen asleep on he finally had the chance to really see his surroundings and damn, he did not recognize that living room. Confusion was clearly written over his face as he wondered where he had ended up, because he obviously wasn’t at his friend’s place. “Oh shit...”

Still warm and fuzzy from sleeping so long – and so well – Louisa was yawning as she crossed the living room-slash-dining room-slash-kitchen to get to the coffee maker, only wearing a cropped top, pink sweats and pink hippo slippers. Not wearing her glasses, her vision wasn’t the best and she blamed it on that when she thought she saw something stir on her couch. She was counting the spoons of ground coffee when she heard a strange voice mutter a curse. This couldn’t be blamed on her poor vision.

Spoon in hand, she turned to discover a man on her couch. She blinked. Even without her glasses she could see that this wasn’t her brother. But it didn’t make sense that there was a stranger in her house. A stranger that had obviously spent the night on her couch.

They both seemed to look at each other for some seconds, before she spoke.

“I lost count,” she said, actually to herself, frowned a little and turned back to the coffee maker to restart filling in the coffee. This time mouthing the numbers while counting. Then she stopped, as if she remembered something.

“Do you want coffee?” She looked over her shoulder to the stranger who was still very much there.

Plot: Amelia is getting hit on by someone that won't leave her alone and your muse steps in to save her claiming to be her boyfriend

Muse: Amelia Duskthorne

Hand wrapped around her wrist, pulling her back and she couldn't help but tip her head back sighing softly. She was sure she'd gotten rid of him. "It's impolite to put your hands on people." Head turned slightly to address more directly this time, "Especially people you don't know." Amelia wasn't sure how many more times she could tell him no before he got the picture and being alone wasn't helping her current predicament either.

Given how gorgeous she was, it was impossible not to notice her. And he also noticed that this douchebag didn’t seem to understand the meaning of the word ‘no’.

They were close enough for him to overhear bits of their conversation. The blonde woman remained calm, despite the obviously unwanted physical contact initiated by the man.

"…Especially people you don't know."

“But I know what you really want…” With a creepy grin on his face, the man pulled the blonde woman close to his body, increasing the unwanted physical contact.

Mason stepped in. Firmly gripping the man by the shoulder, pulling him back.

“You heard the lady. Back off.” His voice firm. His presence strong.

The man angrily turned to glare at Mason. “And who the hell are you?”

“I’m the one telling you to apologize to my girlfriend and leave. Now.”

Mason’s eyes held the man’s gaze, who all of a sudden seemed to realize that he had done something wrong. He mumbled and apology – directed at Mason, not at the young woman – and quickly shuffled off. Obviously, the word of another man claiming a woman meant more to him than the word of a woman. Mason frowned at him, before turning to the woman he ushered towards a quieter corner of the room.

“I apologize for this Neanderthal’s behavior. – Are you okay?”

He leaned down to her, so he could speak in a low voice without anyone being able to overhear them. His hand still lingered on the small of her back.

Beth looked straight into his eyes. She tried to keep her face neutral, tried to hide the effort this took. When she spoke, her voice was firm, her tone was harsh. And her words were so sharp, she almost felt them cutting her own skin.

“I don’t feel anything. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You’re cute and you’re fun. But I feel nothing. Having sex with you was like riding a bike, a very cute bike.”

A noise of mock protest leaves him as Beth snatches the joint from his lips. Blowing out the smoke, he chuckles. "Oh come on now. There are far worse than me out there." But he knows why. He had a habit of bedding and then ditching. It didn't always leavehim with too many fans.

"Okay, that is bull at you know it. Plus, you use me for my weed. Don't play." Rhodes smirks before taking the joint back.

"Okay. There are maybe two or three guys in Kildare that are worse than you. But you're definitely in the top five. Sure, you have that sharp jawline and that little dimple on your chin, but that's not everything a girl wants. Plus, she knows she can do way better." Beth turned her head to face him, lifting a hand as if to stop whatever he was about to say. "Please don't even think about telling me how good you'd do her!"

She lets him take the joint back.

"You really think that I only come here for your shitty weed? Oh, McKenna, we need to work on your low self-esteem. I'm here for one thing and one thing alone." She pauses, then adds with a broad grin. "That little dimple right there." She suddenly leans over pointing her finger at his chin while her other hand is trying to snatch the joint from him again.

Once again he was mingling among partying people as he rarely missed a chance to join ones, no matter if he was invited or not. A beer in hand and a joint sitting behind his ear his eyes landed on a familiar figure coming his way. A smirk instantly forming on his face at the sight of them. "Look who it is. Did you miss me, cupcake?"

What the hell was he doing here? Killian’s eyes narrowed as they focused on the blond guy that walked among the other guests like he belonged here, when he clearly didn’t. Killan abandoned his drink and stormed over to him. Before he could tell the guy to get off his friend’s property, the scum had the audacity to address him – and like that! And smiling!

Killian was fuming as he stood in front of the blond, clenching his hands into fists at his sides. He didn’t want to cause a scene, this was a civil place, not some hole where the likes of him frequented. And where he had met him first. In a dark corner, hidden from anyone’s view.

“Who invited you?” He pressed the words out between clenched teeth, swallowing any uncivil language he had on his mind.

even though I have time (since I'm on vacation), I still find it hard to concentrate on writing or anything really. I have given up waiting and hoping that this will change any time. so I'm just trying to do whatever little things I feel like at the moment. This is why you'll probably see some less popular muses on the dash and more replies to opens or asks than continuing of threads. I'm sorry if there is something you're waiting for from me. I can't and I won't promise anything at this point. This has nothing to do with you. And if I don't seem talkative (even less than usual) or like I'm ignoring you ooc, please know that it isn't because I'm not interested. I just find it even harder than usual to interact with anyone even though I fear that this will drive away people.

and it doesn't help when some things (yes, plural) appear on the dash that feel like bait specifically set up for them (or to be more precise, for Ray 🙄)

She liked teasing Kie. She liked Kie’s frown. She liked Kie’s somewhat annoyed expression. She liked how Kie looked when she was trying to come up with a response. She liked Kie.

“Are you trying to be funny?” Ray did not look amused at all. His hand had shot out to grip Nick’s collar, clenching into a fist around the fabric. “Trying to get punched in that fucking mouth of yours?” And now, yes, he was looking at Nick’s mouth, licking his own lips unconsciously.

“Hard to believe when you’re from a family of liars.” Ray watched the Maybank kid, the boy’s cheeks were flushed, his eyes had that hazy look and he spoke slower than usual; he was drunk, that much was true. But that didn’t mean anything he said was.

“I’m asking you again.” He narrowed his eyes as he moved his face closer to the boy’s, and his voice turned into a dark whisper, “and you better tell the truth.”

From an outsider’s perspective this might have seemed like a very intimate conversation – or even more –  the two were having, standing so close to each other, and around them other young people: talking, dancing, making out, enjoying themselves at the bonfire they were having at the beach.

Ray didn’t touch the blond, but he was so close, the boy could probably physically feel his anger.

“Who took the bag? Don’t say you don’t know. Tell me who.”

“But please don’t stay because you think you have to,” she replied in a soft voice, part of her fearing that that was the case. Louisa didn’t want to be a burden. But she didn’t want to be alone right now. She didn’t want to sit here and wait on her own. Maybe because then she would have to realize that there was no point in waiting any longer, that she should give up, should have given up a while ago. Maybe, just maybe, if Evan stayed, this could mean that it wasn’t pointless. Like there was still hope.

And then there was another thing, the blond boy’s presence made her feel calm and comfortable. – Part of her told her that she shouldn’t feel comfortable right now, and her inner voice started arguing with her, when she realized that Evan was still there.

She looked up at him, then moved a little, so he could sit down next to her, if he wanted to.
