I have questions about the star wars cartoons. I started with clone wars, and it was really good. So why is everyone in bad batch white washed and why is the animation style in rebels so different and not super awesome?

Rebels started in 2014 and clone wars in 2008 so I'm confused why the same amount of effort was not put in to both shows.
