Grilled Mongolian Pork Chop
I have made this recipe both in a pan and on a grill, but like chef John said, cooking on a charcoal grill makes a big difference and brings a great flavor to the pork. I didn’t make the mustard sauce because I think porks already have a good enough flavor from soaked in marinade. Good recipe for summer!
