I am used to being alone for such a long time, and I face it with a smile.

"Hello there." The young man starts off, awkwardly holding up a camera in front of his face. He doesn’t even know why he’s doing this, he’s just too bored for his own good and he really needs some company. "I’m Kris Wu, CEO of the Wu Enterprises, but you have probably heard of me already. I’m currently one of the youngest…" his voice fades out as he frowns. Something doesn’t feel right. That’s not really him. That’s not the Kris he wants to show and he’s not going to start off a friendship with a lie. He sighs and runs a hand though his hair, collecting his thoughts for a second before trying again. "Ayo, wassup? My name is Kris Wu, I’m a dragon and I can fly." He gives you a shy, dorky smile as his eyes lit up, "I can draw pretty well, people don’t call me Picasso for nothing. Maybe someday I’ll teach you how to be an amazing artist like me…it’s all about the eggs really."

He licks his lips and looks to the side, “…What else? I love sports, I actually wanted to become a basketball player. I can speak four languages, English, Mandarin, French and German. My favorite colors are black and white. I’m a Disney and Studio Ghibli fan. I have a son, his name is Ace.” He shows you the alpaca he always carries around, puffing his chest out as he grins.

"Currently, I’m staying at a hotel. Here, let me show you…" The young man gets up from his bed and gives you a tour of the room, mouth running and thoughts drifting out without filters. "See, I have to move a lot for my job, but I don’t mind ‘cause I like to travel and I enjoy learning about other cultures." He talks your ears off for almost half an hour, filling your head with trivial things about him and his life. By now, even though he can’t see you, he considers you a friend. He even shows you the stunning view through the window glass. The night almost looks ablaze with all the city lights on and his breath hitches for a moment as he stares. "It would be better…" He frowns but you can’t see it, "…If you were here with me for real".  You can hear a faint tinge of loneliness in his voice, but he’s quick to wash it away.

He puts on the cool facade once again and turns the camera around to give you a small smile, “Well, maybe next time.”
