Raven Lariat Necklace & Autumn Oak Leaf Lariat Necklace by Merimask
Some of the most amazing art that I have ever seen is something that can be worn. Look at how gorgeous these lariats are. Can you imagine a wonderful fairy, elf, or other fantasy costume with this spectacular embellishment?
I own a Merimask original, and I can honestly state that her work is impeccable. Every detail is hand-carved and labored over, so you are truly getting a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Please check out her shop and share!

panic/anxiety attack
breath in for 4 seconds
hold your breath for 7 seconds
exhale breath for 8 seconds
repeat once or twice more.
This causes an autonomic nervous system shift from a sympathetic (fight or flight reaction) state to a parasympathetic response.
Use this for panic/anxiety attacks, exams, presentations.

It’s messing people up, this social pressure to “Find your passion” and “Know what it is you want to do”. It’s perfectly fine to just live your moments fully, and marvel as many small and large passions, many small and large purposes enter and leave your life. For many people there is no realization, no bliss to follow, no discovery of your life’s purpose. This isn’t sad, it’s just the way things are. Stop trying to find the forest and just enjoy the trees.

Them: So, are you dying paper with tea? Me: NO! No…not tea. It’s an infusion of various magical herbs. I soak the pages in this liquid so that they absorb the power and scent of these herbs. Them: So you’re dying paper with witch tea. Me: Yeahkinda.
A very black metal moth visitor - Clymene Moth, Haploa clymene. I’ve always wanted to see one of these and finally one has stopped by my place.
The Clymene Moth is a moth of the Tiger Moth family. Clymene is the name of several characters in Greek mythology, one a Titan, and another a nymph, wife of Helios the sun god. Perhaps the latter origin fits the moth best.

Most people give the homeless change or leftovers, Mark Bustos is cutting their hair
For the past few months, New York City hairstylist Mark Bustos — who normally spends his days working at an upscale salon — has been volunteering on his days off to offer haircuts to homeless people he sees on the street. With a simple phrase, “I want to do something nice for you today,” he has been helping people get a fresh, uplifting makeover.
For people who have been trapped in a cycle of poverty, unemployment and homelessness, the makeover can also serve a useful function: looking presentable for a job.
Inspiring thanks he received from one man | Follow micdotcom
This makes me so happy. More people in the world should be like this guy!
Also, remember this the next time someone tries to tell you that people with tattoos are nothing but scum. Dude’s got some seriously gorgeous ink to go with his seriously gorgeous heart.
For the past month, my rock tumbler has been busy churning away at a mix of fossilized dinosaur bone and Oregon beach agates. Today I’ve added some new necklaces made from these lovely mineral specimens, from tiny glass bottles full of polished chips to beautifully colored pendants, all on carefully hand-braided hemp cords. Everything’s available for purchase at the Green Wolf Etsy shop!
