this weekend i was finally able to recover tens of thousands of files from 2019 all the way back to 2007. I can't even tell you how excited and happy I am to look over mountains of work and drawings and doodles which I thought I'd lost, or had completely forgotten I'd ever drawn. Here's one that I always wanted to post. Back when I was working on SU I was playing Tomodachi life and, of course, i made all the gems. Peridot really wanted to go out with Amethyst but kept getting rejected. I really thought she might have had a shot with those waffles in hand.

I haven't checked tumblr since i posted this about a month ago and ran. I didn't realize that the fundraiser would look suspicious, but i can totally see it now, haha. it is real! it's real and the help i've received has given security and mental peace i haven't felt in years. I was able to pay last months rent. I got covid and lost about 2 weeks of work in the middle of all of this, and i was able to relax and focus on healing knowing that this month's rent and bills are secure, too. Thank you all very much for the care and the signal boosting. I'm out of crisis, thank god. However the list of very important things that poverty makes you put aside until it's too late is populated with a few things, so my gofundme's still up. Most importantly, I need to fix my car. She's running, but she'll never make it through the summer.
