The girl whom he feel the mana connection from is a breathtaking beauty.

Sparkling blonde hair like the lush wheat and a quiet blue eyes, striking even behind that rather meddlesome spectacles of hers. Surely, such gems shouldn't be obscured behind such things? He would love to see her under the bright sun with lights dappled all over her body

"I ask of thee, art thou my master?" Richard asked of something he feel certain of. Something ceremonial.

Yes, thats what he thought the girl would say. Perhaps excitedly or fearfully, perhaps she is a willing participant, perhaps she is not. Really, the girl is a very slight thing, thin and petite like the eastern merchants who wander around their part of the world. Though rather healthy as well, a very unknightly though flashed through his mind.

She opened her mouth, and he waited in anticipation.

"No." Her voice, surprisingly came out strong, filled with so much emotion that such a thin body shouldn't have. "I'll no longer be whatever you guys want."

Surprised, and somewhat shocked. He froze at the sight of her suddenly burning gaze. Blue fire, or rather. raging storm in the middle of the ocean.

Richard's heart started to beat. Like a fishing boat lost in the storm.

Oh. He thought dazely. This is probably what they call love in first sight.

btw, about this pose, people usually draw the one being carried with their legs dangling. but I thought, if that was me, wouldn't my instinct go 'do whatever i can to NOT fall?', hence, ayaka who would not have done such thing, hugged saber with her legs. very intimate ;3
