I Love to write And read

I often think about the eulogies that will be said at my funeral, will they say I was loved, that I was happy, that I lived a happy life. Above all that i hope that they say i made them feel loved

I was chasing daydreams and smoke 

Until i felt you and my fingertips 

[kokkiibla]

I never liked the thought of infinity 

Always found peace in the finite 

But then i met you 

And i knew infinity was too small

[kokkiibla]

I swore i would never love you but somewhere in between early mornings and 6am conversation i knew i failed 

[kokkiibla]

When Jupiter cried; his tears became his rings

[kokkiibla]

I don’t want someone else’s fantasy

I want our reality

-my view on love

We look at stars and see gas giants with wars at it’s core, they looked at stars and saw gods, lovers, enemies

They saw stories

[kokkiibla]

In my black and white world it seems only my dreams have colour and sometimes I think I wouldn’t mind dreaming forever

[kokkiibla]

Sometimes I wonder how my soulmate is out there falling in love with the wrong person,

how they are living, breathing, loving without me

Other times, I wonder how each of their heartbreaks bring them closer to me

I look in the mirror everyday

But I still can’t seem to

Find a way to

Love what looks back at me

[kokkiibla]

Even if the whole sky dims

I’ll find every star

In your eyes

When I die

Don’t look for me

In the night sky,

Look for me

In the sound

Of planes

That fly above you

Every emotion I feel is like a fingerprint

The happiness I feel today is not the

The same happiness I will feel tomorrow

One of my biggest mistakes was letting you define me

[kokkiibla]

My reflection haunted me for a long time,

But now it reminds me of how far I’ve come on

this journey called life

My mind wanders to you

As your hands wanders a stranger

I gave you my soul, my heart and my naked body
