I have never seen a house like this 1888 Victorian in Knoxville, Tennessee. The home has untouched wood- full of patina. Instead of refinishing all the original features, they let it age, full of scuffs and bumps. ($485k)

The exterior of the petite Queen Anne Victorian is beautifully detailed and has a wonderful porch.

It’s been well cared for, has all the beautiful stained glass, but it also has all the dings of everyday use since 1888. 

I love patina, but I would at least want to polish and protect it.

What a cozy sitting room, and you can be sure that the fireplace is original and has no new wood stove installed. 

This is so nice.

What the hell made them do this, I don’t know, but it looks like they may have painted the original cabinets. 

They left the original fireplace, though.

This one was renovated and includes a small shower.

Lovely main bedroom. 

All bedrooms are pretty spacious and all have fireplaces and incredible woodwork.
