i tried to resist liking astarion in every way possible because i thought he was just a shallow vampire but then the mirror scene happened and i knew i was doomed
LOOK I JUST REALLY ENJOY THEIR FRIENDSHIP OK?? You can't tell me they wouldn't hang after their respective personal quests (spawn ending ofc)/emotional breakdowns over their own mortality
EDIT: I forgot to watermark these so now more than ever PLEASE don't repost

Look, I'm not a "details" person, all right?

This is the first time in 200 years I've seen these streets in the sunlight. You can forget just how much color there is in the world.

I do think people who hate A.I. need to be a little more self-critical about when their own backlash hurts other people.
Such as when people attack an actual artist due to a claim that the art was Gen A.I., and then when the fact they’re getting unwarranted hate & did not even use A.I. is brought to light, someone says “ugh I hate that we have to worry about this now due to A.I.”
Like, no, A.I. didn’t make you do that. You should’ve been verifying facts before taking action against others to begin with, and the issue of dogpiling people online over unverified rumors has been a big problem for a long time before these Gen A.I. models even existed. The existence of A.I. means verifying facts is more difficult, but the way to prevent attacking people over false positives is stuff you probably should’ve been doing anyways. Don’t act like A.I. made you do it.
for as long as this A.I. boom/bubble lasts, A.I. is going to be used—by the companies running the models, and by the users—to obfuscate and deflect from responsibility. you need to not also do that.
slow down. verify. if you can’t verify with absolute certainty, don’t act in a way where getting it wrong would make you the asshole. maybe don’t do anything.
this might mean you get a lot less invested in being angry about a lot fewer things online. but this is almost definitely good for your mental health. you should probably be doing it anyways.
Before AI it was endless unsubstantiated accusations of tracing or theft due to vague resemblances, AI's just changed the acussations but not the patterns.
The funniest thing about DNIs is that people will list things like 'DNI Racists, DNI Homophobes' as if bigots are known are respecting boundaries and then add their nOTPs like 'DNI Glup Shitto/Blorbo' as if that is in any way comparable.
