The warm smile on his face faltered for a moment in response to the question. However, it quickly returned to his face like it'd always been there, though it now seem to hold a new, brighter meaning to it.

"To put it simply, I'm glad to have Kano as a friend."

"I want to understand others better. People are confusing: so many emotions, so many thoughts in their mind. There's no limit to understanding another, and I want to learn as much as I can."

"I'd say so, actually! Despite being trapped and the environment here, I've been able to build friendships with other people. That's important."

"It depends on the celebration! I like to throw little parties with my friends on New Years, but on days like Christmas, I make sure to focus on the meaning of the holiday."

What happened? One minute, he was attacked by a bear, and then some kid goes and just talks to him go away? Was that magic, or was that boy just really good with animals? Well, whatever. He saved Santa’s life, and he’s very grateful for it. He tries to stand up, but his body just hurt so much. His whole body was about to crack, in a way.

"T-thanks for saving my ass. What’s your name? Mine’s Santa… can you help me up, please?" The pain was way too much. Aoi felt like he was going to die if he stayed like this any more.

The wounds the bear had left on the stranger's stomach were quite gruesome. An animal so large with so much power, tackling a thin youth? If Seto hadn't come to stop the bear from attacking him any more, he knew for sure that this guy would be a goner. Not many could handle three to eight hundred pounds of muscle and three inch claws attacking them.

"It's no problem. My name is Seto," his gaze was fixed on that wound in Santa's stomach. 'Santa' was a strange name, but he couldn't think about that now. "I don't think it'd be a good idea to stand. I can carry you, though!" He wouldn't drop him if it came to that, as Seto has enough strength to perform it.

One little thing was bugging him, though.

"Grizzly bears are normally shy creatures, and attacks are pretty rare. Most to all bears aren't very aggressive, and bears are not territorial at all, either. Did you do something to provoke her?" He placed a finger on his chin in thought. "She didn't really give me an answer."

Well, hopefully Kano was going to stay in his room. He had a gut feeling that he wasn't going to stay for too long, but it was clear to him he was getting ill. Ah, but Kano should listen to Seto. He'll listen to him, though, as one thing he knew was that Kano would feel no choice than to listen to the raven-haired youth.

Seto stood patiently outside Room #167, waiting for the girl who spoke to him on Monotwitter. It was such a surprise to learn how she had never seen forest animals before. . .! Or, as it seemed, never to have seen much creatures of nature at all. He was confident on changing that, for one would be missing on a huge part of their life if they'd never interacted nor watched the wildlife.

Once the girl came to view, the youth smiled and waved. She certainly was a pretty girl, with long, black hair and the slender body. Once close enough, he greeted her with a friendly chuckle. "Hello! Did you bring the tea?" The answer was quite obvious to if she did or not.

"I'll bring it to Kano, and then I can show you the woods and my friends."

"Nonsense. I’m already curious about you, Seto-san, and we’ve just met." Then again, most everything made him curious. There was just so much to learn and explore. He was never bored, honestly. Presently, he was pleasantly preoccupied by his music and the presence of another wonderful being. 

As the other adjusted himself, Kaworu started flipping through the sheet music to find some examples for the other. Yet, each time he flipped he was never satisfied. These were all pieces Kaworu had played numerous times. Although they were sublime, he should present to his guest a new melody. A fresh new tune.  "This instrument was tailored for your kind.." Kaworu turned to the other with smooth tone, carefully placing the booklet of sheet music back in its position. "Crafted and constructed together by perfect Lilin hands so that they could present lyrical beauty to the world." He reached over, intertwining his fingers with the other’s, raising them at the eye level so that Seto could see. "I think you’ll find that your fingers suit these keys. Slender and vibrant with color, they’re the perfect match."  His smile widened. He gracefully released his fingers from the angel’s gentle grip. “Of course, I will be here to help you carry you through it all. Don’t worry.” He reverted his gaze back to the instrument before him.  "We’ll play a piece by the name of Dearly Beloved."

Someone certainly knew how to flatter. The raven-haired youth shrugged awkwardly, unsure of how to respond to such kind of affection. It's not like he's received affection before, though the sudden amount from strangers was quite strange, really. He didn't question it, however, as this man seemed friendly and polite. "There's not much to be curious about, Kaworu. . . Although, it's really nice of you to say that, so thank you!"

A cheerful laugh escaped his throat as he finished adjusting himself on the seat next to his possible new friend. Ah, he seemed to find ease in befriending others, didn't he? The boy could recall a time where he was unable to speak to others so freely; what a dark time that was, but he still overcame it. 

With that same smile printed on his face, Seto watched as Kaworu began flipping through the pages of sheet music. Each song seemed so pretty, and his interest was only increasing as he pondered what kind of song the other intended to play. Surely, after the recent song he heard, it was to be a spectacular melody. Such a talented pianist can't possibly disappoint him.

"This instrument was tailored for your kind.."

'Your kind'? What could Kaworu mean by that--? No, it was quite obvious, yet it confused him. He'd assumed the man was human, but of course, he was only judging by appearance. . . His personality seemed to make much more sense now.

Despite realizing what Kaworu had meant by that, Seto chose not to mention it. After all, he wasn't much different from him, was he? He was human, but different. Everyone was different in their own way, and the youth never wanted to judge someone for their differences.

"I sure hope they will." He positioned his fingers atop the keys, prepared for whatever song Kaworu had in mind for him. "The piano was such an amazing invention. Out of curiosity, do you have an interest for any other instruments? You seem to have a talent for music." Seto himself loved music, especially the soft classical tunes that would lull him to sleep as he enjoyed the time he had out in the forest.

The weather outside was far too harsh for her to endure. For some reason, she was far more sensitive to the cold than she can remember being before. Then again, she couldn’t remember too much from before her original shutdown. Either way, while remaining indoors, she noticed that while there were cheerful activities taking place in the snow, many were unhappy here. The students could use some cheering up.

Now, most associated with the month of December was Christmas, a holiday normally celebrated by the giving of gifts. What could cheer a person up more than a gifted suited just for them? So! She’s been studying the appearances of people from afar and watching their tweets to try and figure out what they’d like. It had been working so far… somewhat? But maybe it wasn’t so smart to be wrapping them out in the open, so she’s got her back turned to the traffic area leading towards the dorms to block everyone’s field of vision as she wrapped gifts.

But who’s this? No, they’re coming too close! Miki swipes up the boxes she was tying ribbons around and hugs them in her arms, turning to her little snoop with a flustered expression.

"No, you’re not allowed to peek!"

Ah, he didn't mean to peek at the gifts! Were they gifts? He didn't really know, as he was simply passing by when a girl decided to burst out an accusation like that. To be honest, it was kind of cute! He shifted his attention from where he'd been going--which was just to his dorm, so it wasn't much of a deal to stop--to the stranger and chuckled. "No, no! Don't worry, I'm not peeking! I was just passing by."

It was admittedly exciting to know someone was wrapping gifts for others. If he approached the girl anymore, though, he might risk her becoming even more defensive than before. And so, he stood where he was, and made sure to focus on the girl rather than the gifts. It wasn't that difficult, considering the position of the stranger and her arms being wrapped around the gifts.

Seto shoved his hands in his pockets in a rather casual manner. He couldn't recall seeing her outside before, though the raven-haired youth doesn't know everyone in the school. Maybe she just didn't like the cold? It's so nice to get out, though! Especially when one hasn't seen daylight in months. . . And so, he mentioned this: "Don't you think it'd be a good idea to go outside? After all, it is healthy to get fresh air." If she didn't like the cold weather, well, he'd understand that.
