New legacy challenge started!

I know most of you are not following me for my sims posts, but I haven’t posted anything in quite some time and this is the first thing I feel like posting.

So I’ve started a new legacy challenge in ts4, the “Build Newcrest”-challenge.  This is Lane Rose, the founder.

She loves nature, is creative and loves the arts. Her aspiration is freelance botanic (according to the rules!). She works as a painter, and she’s terribly tired every single day.

She’s together with Fredrik Larsson (an NPC which I changed the hairstyle and haircolour of)

And this is Felix, their first child!

Another kid is on its way, just to be sure there’s actually an heir to pass on the challenge to!

The Swedish beauty Ingrid Bergman was one of the top stars of the 1940s (Casablanca, Gaslight, Notorious), but her career in the U.S. derailed in 1949 when she left her husband and daughter for the Italian director Roberto Rossellini. Bergman could not work in an American film for seven years, though upon her return, in 1956, she won an Oscar for Anastasia. LIFE’s Gordon Parks was a close friend, and Bergman trusted him to the extent that she invited him to the 1949 shoot for Stromboli— directed by Rossellini, at the time perceived as the villain — where Parks made this haunting portrait.
