what’s your hogwarts house?? do you feel more comfortable writing with a reader that’s from the same house as you?
I’m a Ravenclaw 💙
But I don’t mind to write a story with a reader who isn’t a Ravenclaw which comes in handy since there’s more requests of readers in the other houses. However, it is an interesting experience to read about the other houses in depth and put yourself into other mindsets. (Heh sorry for the boring answer but no feel free to request a reader from any house you please)

Hongjoong was what a teacher would call: the ideal student. He got the highest grades in every class, never got in trouble, always handed in homework early and never talked back to the teacher. When he was offered to become the new Ravenclaw Prefect in his fifth year no one was surprised except for him. He accepted the offer of course and was known for giving students light but fair punishments if he caught them breaking rules.
However, it is common knowledge that everything in the world needs to be balanced out with a polar opposite. If someone were to ask the teachers, the answer was obvious: Y/n L/n. Since your first year, you were known as a bit of a troublemaker. Dumbledore made you a Gryffindor Prefect in hopes of Hongjoong having an impact on your rebellious behaviour. In the teachers' eyes, it worked. In reality, you were just busy trying to pass your OWLs. You only kept up the charade to keep your position as a perfect so you could sneak around after curfew.
You were super excited for your seventh and last year at Hogwarts. A bit sad too, of course, but mostly excited. You were most excited for the seventh year Defence Against the Dark Arts classes. You bid your family goodbye after quickly promising to write once a week. After the hasty goodbye, you caught up with your best friends and fellow Gryffindors Jeong Yunho and Song Mingi. They weren't particularly hard to find since both of them practically towering over everyone else.
"How are my favourite trees doing?" You asked them teasingly while hooking your arms around theirs.
"Sod off, Y/n." Yunho smiled.
"That's not very nice," You pouted playfully. "Any new pranks for us to do?" You asked.
"Of course," Mingi mocked offence at your question. "Who do you think we are, Kim Hongjoong?" Mingi joked.
"Hey, he's quite nice actually." You defended your fellow prefect.
"Ooooooooooh, someone's got a crush." Mingi and Yunho said in unison.
"Shut it, string beans." You rolled your eyes. "We're missing the train." You began to run towards the train.
"WE DIDN'T HEAR DENIAL!" You heard them shout while trying to catch up with you.
"L/n" McGonagall called your name as soon as you stepped through the big entrance to the castle.
"This can't be good." You whispered to yourself. You threw a "help me" look to Yunho and Mingi who only laughed in response while following the other students.
"Listen, professor, if this is about the dungbombs on the train that was an accident-" You began but were cut off.
"The WHAT?!" She shrieked.
"Nevermind," You smiled innocently. "What was it that you wanted to talk about, Professor?" You asked quickly.
Professor McGonagall eyed you suspiciously before shaking her head slightly.
"Professor Dumbledore would like to see you and Mr Kim in his office before the Sorting Ceremony." She said and urged you to follow her.
"Am I in trouble? Also which Mr Kim there's like eight of them?" You asked.
"L/n, for once in your life just-" McGonagall began.
"Got it, professor." You replied and followed her.
When you arrived in Dumbledore's office you found him talking with the one and only Kim Hongjoong. You walked into the big room, slightly less nervous now that you saw Honjoong standing there.
"It's unlikely that I'm in trouble if you're here." You joked, sending Hongoong a friendly smile.
"That would be a fair assumption, L/n." Dumbledore smiled at the two of you.
"Professor McGonagall told me that you wanted to talk to us." You said.
"Yes, well, technically you are here because there is something I need to ask the two of you." He rose from the seat behind his desk.
"Is there something wrong Professor?" Hongjoong asked worriedly. Dumbledore smiled at the two of you.
"As a matter of fact, quite the opposite." He began to walk down the stairs. "I have been meaning to ask the two of you if you wanted to be this year's Head Prefects?" He stopped in front of you.
"Are you sure about this, Professor?" You asked in confusion. You didn’t exactly have the cleanest track record after all.
"I can assure you that I have put many hours of thought into this proposition, L/n." Dumbledore smiled kindly at you. "Do you accept the offer?" He asked.
"Yes, Professor." You and Hongjoong answered.
"Then it’s settled, I trust that you will manage to find your way back to the Great Hall by yourselves?" He asked.
"Of course, Professor." You smiled and began to walk out with Hongjoong followed you.
You and Hongjoong weren't strangers. You two had spent two semesters as prefects together yet you still found yourself somewhat nervous while speaking to him.
"So..." You began right after the door to Dumbledore's office closed with a quiet click behind you.
"So?" Hongjoong replied, his eyes were twinkling with amusement.
"Me and you? Who would've thought?" You joked slightly, winking at him. This time, it was Hongjoong that turned nervous while you watched him in amusement.
"Well, I'm not that surprised. You're a good prefect." Hongjoong smiled sweetly. You scoffed loudly and laughed at his statement.
"For a Ravenclaw, you're pretty dense, Hongjoong." You giggled. Hongjoong didn't look offended by your insult. However, he looked confused, wondering what you meant.
"The only reason I'm a prefect is that I can be outside the dorm after curfew without getting in trouble." You shrugged. Hongjoong tried his best to give you his famous dad-that's-disappointed-look but couldn't hide the smile that broke out on his lips. He shook his head and looked down.
"Why am I not surprised?" He asked softly.
The rest of the walk to the Great Hall continued in comfortable silence. The two of you made it just in time to watch some of the first years get sorted. You waved to Hongjoong upon entry into the big room and sat down between Yunho and Mingi. Yunho immediately placed a goblet that was filled with some kind of liquid. Knowing better than accepting random drinks from Yunho or Mingi, you declined and focused on Dumbledore that stood behind the podium in front of the tables.
"Welcome back, students, to another year at Hogwarts-" He began. Your interest was almost immediately stolen by Mingi who turned around in his seat and looked at you with anticipating eyes.
"What?" You hissed, raising your eyebrows.
"What did Dumbledore talk to you about?" Mingi whispered.
"He asked Hongjoong and me if we wanted to be head prefects." You shrugged. Mingi's eyes widened as he looked at Yunho who was next to you. You turned only to find Yunho mirroring your red-haired friend's expression. You snorted quietly and looked down at the table to contain the laughter that threatened to slip past your lips.
"This year is going to be awesome, with you as head-" Yunho began.
"Hey-" You cut him off. "-this is good for my grades. If I'm catching you rulebreaking you best believe I'm sending you straight to detention." You told them with a serious expression. Both of them pouted in response. You rolled your eyes.
"If I catch you." You repeated simply. "So don't put me in that situation." You grinned at them. The three of you shared knowing smirks before returning your attention to Dumbledore.
"-and last but not least, I must inform first-years as well as our older students-" Dumbledore's eyes flashed in your direction. "-that the Forbidden Forest is prohibited grounds for every student. Now, let the feast begin." Dumbledore waved his hands and food appeared in front of you promptly.
While eating, you were happily chatting with Yunho, Mingi and other Gryffindors around you. During dessert, you felt a tap on your shoulder. You turned around only to be met with a pair of gentle eyes behind round glasses.
"Hello, Professor Flitwick." You greeted him. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" You tilted your head to the left.
"I have the privilege of showing you and Mr Kim the head prefect quarters." He answered simply. You shared excited glances with Yunho and Mingi.
"Lead, the way Professor." You could barely keep the smile off your face as you rose from your seat and followed Professor Flitwick.
After quickly picking up Hongjoong, the three of you began to leave the Great Hall. You remained silent as you listened to Hongjoong and Professor Flitwick's conversation. Well, listening would be an overstatement, you had no idea what they were talking about. What you did know, however, was that Hongjoong had the best smile on his face when he spoke of his interests. His dark brown eyes seemed to glow a little brighter and his smile seemed to grow a little wider. You watched silently, with a soft smile, as Hongjoong continued to gush about something that Professor Flitwick had said. The corners of his eyes started to crinkle the slightest as his smile finally reached his eyes in his excitement. After a while, you realised that you were staring and turned your head before he had the chance of noticing. When you finally stopped in front of a door in the middle of a corridor, Professor Flitwick turned around to face you.
"Please note that the head prefect dorm room isn't necessarily where you'll be staying for the rest of the year. You will still have access to your regular common rooms and dorms. It is simply an option in case you want some peace." Flitwick looked up at the two of you and smiled. Before continuing he raised his wand.
"Muffliato." He muttered. "Just in case." Hongjoong eyed him curiously and you simply shrugged.
"The password is Jelly Slugs. I'll leave you to explore it now." Professor Flitwick hurried down the corridor in the direction you came from, undoubtedly not wanting to miss the last minutes of dessert.
Hongjoong visibly shuttered. You gave him a questioning look. He smiled sheepishly before speaking.
"I don't like Jelly Slugs." He said.
"Are you kidding? They're great-" You began. You paused when you saw the pointed look that Hongjoong gave you. "-to scare people with." You finished with a smile. Hongjoong only rolled his eyes in response.
You weren't quite sure how you had pictured the prefect headquarters but you were pleasantly surprised when you walked through the door. The room was smaller than the Gryffindor common room yet very spacy. The walls were grey and were lined with white. The floor was made out of oak wood and on top of it rested a big grey carpet that nearly covered the entire room. In the middle of the room, two large sofas were facing each other, separated by a small table made out of dark wood. On the left side of the room, you spotted a big fireplace with a warm fire lit. On the opposite wall of the fireplace, the wall was lined with bookshelves. Without thinking you looked at Hongjoong to see his reaction to the bookshelves. You stifled a chuckle when you watched his eyes widen significantly. There was a big chandelier hanging from the ceiling and you admired it as the light from the fire hit the crystals.
On the wall opposite you and Hongjoong, you saw two doors with small tags on each of them. When you walked closer to inspect them you found that the left door had a gold tag with your name on it. You looked at the right door and saw an identical tag with Hongjoong's name on it. You turned around, intending to tell Hongjoong about the rooms, but stopped yourself as you watched him going through the bookshelves in fascination. You smiled softly before turning back to the door and opening it.
The room behind the door wasn't much different from your dorm in the Gryffindor common room. There was a big window on the wall in front of you. A bed with red sheets was placed against the right wall. Noticing the room was almost identical to your dorm room, you quickly lost interest in exploring it. You walked out into the main area again. Hongjoong was still roaming the bookshelves as if he has never seen anything like it before. You smiled and rolled your eyes.
"You're such a stereotypical Ravenclaw." You teased him. Waiting for him to turn around with a smirk on your face.
"Shut up, Y/n." He answered simply while throwing you a look over his shoulder before returning his attention to the book he was holding.
"Whatever, I'm heading back to the Gryffindor tower." You informed him. You walked towards the door on the other side of the room. "Try to get some sleep we have classes tomorrow." You knew of Hongjoong's tendency to stay up way too late for a simple book.
"I'll try." He smiled at you. "Good night, Y/n.".
"Goodnight." You answered simply before walking out the door.
You closed the door softly behind you, not wanting to disturb Hongjoong as he was looking through the pages in the book he was holding. As soon as the door closed you stopped and listened to the silence in the corridor.
"You know, I thought you would be better at hiding after all these years." You smirked and waited. After a few seconds, Mingi and Yunho walked out from behind the statue of the one-eyed witch further down the corridor. Mingi smiled sheepishly and Yunho rubbed the back of his head in the embarrassment of being caught so easily.
"How did you know we were there?" Mingi asked curiously.
"Please, I've known you forever. You didn't think I knew that you followed me. Thank Merlin that Flitwick was smart enough to cast the Muffliato spell." You winked at them teasingly.
"Besides, Yunho, I could see your robe sticking out behind the statue." You rolled your eyes before starting to walk.
"It's always you," Mingi muttered with a slight hint of fake annoyance.
"Hey, it's not my fault that they always overanalyse their surroundings," Yunho answered defensively.
"I heard that!" You shouted over your shoulder.
As you had suspected, Hongjoong walked into the classroom with bags under his eyes the next day. When he sat down behind you, next to his Ravenclaw classmate Lee Minho, you immediately turned around and glared at him.
"I sense an angry Gryffindor," Minho looked at you while trying not to laugh as you glared at him. "I will just mind my damn business." He pulled up the Runes Dictionary that was in front of him. You fixed your glare on Hongjoong once again.
"Didn't I tell you to get some sleep last night?" You hissed.
"But the book was so good, I just couldn't put it down." Hongjoong pouted.
"You're not joining me on the patrol tonight. You, mister, are going straight to bed after dinner." Before Hongjoong could object, you turned around and faced forward again.
The rest of that day consisted of you getting Hongjoong out of trouble for falling asleep in all of your shared classes. One of your saving attempts almost got you into detention as you lit your homework on fire when the teacher called on a barely conscious Hongjoong for the answer to a question. At least the teacher forgot the question and Hongjoong didn't have to embarrass himself in front of the whole class. The grateful smile that Hongjoong gave you made it worth it. Maybe you should set your homework on fire more often? You quickly shut that idea down knowing how much trouble you would be in if you pulled that stunt in front of a teacher again.
When you entered the Great Hall for dinner that same evening, you watched in pity as Hongjoong walked slowly towards the Ravenclaw table. Thankfully he managed to get a seat at the very end of the table, closest to the entrance of the Great Hall. During dinner, your eyes kept wandering off to Hongjoong, watching occasionally just to make sure that he was eating enough. Mingi and Yunho kept nudging you and throwing teasing comments about "how you couldn't keep your eyes off him" to which you would simply reply by destroying their egos.
As Hongjoong got up, you quickly glanced at his plate to make sure that he had eaten everything. When you were assured by the sight of an empty plate you turned your eyes back to him. This time he was energised by the food and walked out of the Great Hall without stumbling. You almost left yourself as soon as he was done but ultimately decided against it.
After dinner, you were about to start the patrol round when you realised that you had forgotten your head prefect badge in the head prefect quarters last night. You cursed at your forgetfulness silently before turning and walking in the opposite direction. Luckily for you, the head prefect quarters wasn't too far from the Great Hall. The walk to the head prefect quarters was uneventful, you ran into a few students but they were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge you. You reached your destination fairly quickly. Making sure that you were out of earshot, you looked around before speaking.
"Jelly Slugs," You mumbled to the door that immediately opened.
You managed to take one step into the loungeroom before you froze in your steps.
"What do you think you're doing?" You squinted your eyes at Hongjoong.
"I- umm, I was just-" Hongjoong stumbled over his words.
"You were going to do the prefect round behind my back, weren't you?" You crossed your arms in disappointment.
"Well, yeah but-" He cut himself off, not knowing what to say.
"Straight to bed, mister." You pointed a finger towards the door to his bedroom. You watched as Hongjoong's body slumped in defeat and he rolled his eyes before turning around.
"Are you sure you will be okay without me?" He stopped in front of the door to his room.
"Yes, please just rest. I'm in physical pain watching you barely being able to keep your eyes open." You answered.
"Thanks, Y/n, I owe you one." He smiled softly before entering his room.
"NO READING, STRAIGHT TO BED!" You shouted from your spot.
"WHY DO YOU KNOW ME SO WELL?!" Hongjoong shouted in response.
You smiled and shook your head before walking towards your room. You opened the door and grabbed your head prefect badge before leaving.
You weren't quite sure what you should do on your round when you were alone. Now that you were alone, it seemed pretty boring to do the round all by yourself. Nonetheless, you still had to do it. Luckily for you, your round would take place on the 7th floor which was on the same floor as the entrance to the Gryffindor tower. Unluckily for you, you were still on the first floor, where the head prefect quarters were located. With a heavy sigh that made your body visibly deflate slightly, you began your journey up the stairs. The stairs of Hogwarts was your least favourite thing about the castle. Anyone who claims that it wasn't exhausting to walk up and down the stairs every day isn't trustworthy.
It always took a few minutes to reach the 7th floor, which was especially inconvenient when you had forgotten a book for a class. When you eventually reached your destination, it hit you once more how boring this round would be without Hongjoong. Now you didn't have anyone to have a randomly deep conversation with nor anyone to tease. The minutes slowed down drastically and if it hadn't been for the fact that you were walking through the 7th floor with speed, you would've thought that time was gradually slowing down. Every time you took a step you wished that the round would be over. You considered just turning around and go to bed in the Gryffindor dormitory however you stopped yourself when you remembered that Dumbledore expected a report tomorrow afternoon and you didn't want to stress Hongjoong by admitting that both of you missed one of the rounds.
So you kept walking. Despite the growing boredom, you continued your patrol through the corridors. It would be over soon, you kept telling yourself. Soon you would be sound asleep in your warm bed in the Gryffindor tower. Some part of you almost wished that you would find someone breaking the rules just to take your mind off the patrol itself. As expected though, the corridors remained quiet. Though you strongly doubted that Yunho and Mingi were sound asleep in their beds right now but it didn't matter since they weren't near you.
When you passed the statue of a witch holding a plant that you never really bothered to look into the actual name of you cheered in your head. Just two more corners before you were done with your round. As soon as you turned the first corner you froze. Two people were aggressively making out against the right wall a few meters away. You grinned devilishly before cleating your throat, louder than necessary. The mess off limbs split into two faster than you could blink and they stared at you horrified.
"Well, well, well" You began to walk closer. To your surprise, the faces of one of the Hufflepuff prefects and one of the Slytherin prefects appeared in front of you.
"Oh," You paused, genuine shock displayed over your facial features. "Huh, would you look at that, Hongjoong owes me two galleons." they shared a confused glance at each other before turning back to you.
"You weren't supposed to be here." The Hufflepuff mumbled, embarrassed.
"Excuse me?" You asked, your turn to be confused.
"We made a deal with those boys you hang out with, they said they would "take care of it". Whatever that means." The Slytherin answered.
Just as you opened your mouth to respond you heard fast footsteps and heavy breathing coming at you at full speed from around the corner. You raised a brow and turned around slowly, waiting for them to appear from behind the corner. As soon as you saw the orange hair appear you made eye contact. Mingi stopped abruptly, making Yunho slam into him with full force. You watched as they crumbled to the ground like a house of cards in a hurricane. Crossing your arms over your chest, you waited for them to explain themselves.
"Merlin," Yunho panted, trying to collect his breath. "You move fast for someone who hates being on patrol." He grinned sheepishly.
"I move fast because I want to sleep. Now explain what you meant by "taking care of it"." You tapped your foot impatiently while eyeing them with narrowed eyes.
"Yeah... about that... Do you want to go to the other side of the castle with us and do... stuff?" Mingi rubbed the spot on his back that Yunho had hit with his elbow when he crashed into him.
"No." You deadpanned before turning back to the pair that you had caught eating each other's faces off. "Tell you what, I didn't see anything. You may continue your... activities, I have more urgent business to attend to." You smiled hastily at them before turning around and grabbing one of their ears in each hand. You ignored their cries of pain as you dragged them towards the entrance to the Gryffindor tower.
"The two of you have some explaining to do." You hissed through gritted teeth.
To your delight, Hongjoong looked well-rested when you saw him in Charms class the next morning. He smiled brightly at you before changing his direction and walking over to you instead of Minho. You raised your eyebrows questioningly with a smirk.
"What happened to your bromance? A lover quarrel mayhaps?" You asked dramatically as he sat down. Hongjoong rolled his eyes at you.
"And here I was, going to thank you for going on patrol alone last night. But if you don't want my gratitude I guess I'll just-"He began to stand up but you grabbed his sleeve.
"Nope, give me praise, I love it." You quickly said. Hongjoong raised a brow in a judging manner.
"I have no shame, okay? Now, tell me how good of a friend I am." You smiled before closing your eyes and putting a hand behind your ear to "hear better".
"Thank you for being a good friend-" Your heart squeezed slightly as the word friend was mentioned. "-and going on patrol without me. Is there anything I can do in return?" He asked.
"Hmm... I'll think I'll save this opportunity for a more pressing situation." You winked at him before smiling.
"Now sit down before Professor Flitwick draws points from Ravenclaw. I think Yunho and Mingi snuck a bunch of crickets into his room last night so he's probably grumpy." You couldn't help but laugh at the confused face you were met by when you looked at Hongjoong.
It wouldn't take long for you to cash out the favour that Hongjoong owed you.
As with any other Ravenclaw, Hongjoong liked the library. Not only because it felt nice to be surrounded with what seemed like an infinite amount of knowledge but also since the rowdy Gryffindors and Slytherins steered clear of a place that was meant to be quiet. With the NEWTs coming up in May this final year at Hogwarts, Hongjoong tried to get as much studying as possible when he could. He enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as he tried his best to decipher the Veritaserum, a quite complicated truth potion. The doors of the library opened, a little louder than someone who came in here to study. Loud enough to spark Hongjoong's curiosity. He looked up in the direction of the entrance and immediately made eye contact.
You looked frantic. Hongjoong couldn't even begin to explore different ideas of how you had gotten yourself in trouble this time before you made a B-line for his seat with hurried steps. He looked down at his book again, wishing not to be involved in your reckless activities and ruin his study time. You reached him faster than he had anticipated and he jumped when you pulled the book from his grasp.
"Hongjoong, we have a problem." You stated.
"No, YOU have a problem. I have an idiot that keeps getting into one." He sighed and gave you a deadpanned look.
"Ooh, someone's feeling feisty." You wiggled your eyebrows. "But seriously, I need your help." You gave him your best puppy eyes.
"Not happening." He responded, reaching for the book in your grasp. You pulled the book away and Hongjoong ended up stumbling slightly. With your faces only a few centimetres apart, you felt your face burning as you both froze.
"Hongjoong please," You licked your lips nervously. "Snape is after me." You whined helplessly.
"Snape?!" Hongjoong whisper-yelled. "What the hell did you do?" He looked at you with an emotion that you couldn't quite identify. Fear? Annoyance? A mix of both maybe?
"It's not what I did, someone else did something and he just assumed it was me and I just heard him shout out my name from somewhere and I panicked and ran before he could find me." You explained.
“Can’t you ask your friends to hide you? They know every hiding spot in the castle.” Hongjoong tried to grab the book once more. You pulled the book further away.
“I put them in detention for 3 months for being out after curfew and for trying to interfere with prefect business.” You explained.
“They must love that.” Hongjoong replied,
“As much as I love that you have learned how to be sassy after all these years, I don’t need this kind of attitude right now. This is a time-sensitive matter.” You said. “Please, you owe me” You looked at him desperately.
"Fine, what do you need?" Hongjoong asked with a heavy sigh and an eye roll.
"An alibi, I've been here studying with you the whole time." You suggested.
"You? Studying? He won't believe that for one second." Hongjoong pointed out. You groaned in frustration, he was right, as always.
"Then what should we tell him?"
Before Hongjoong could respond, the door to the library slammed open. The two of you snapped your heads towards the sound only to see a figure dressed in all black and practically fuming in rage. You turned back to Hongjoong in panic.
"Think of something!" You demanded in panic.
"I can't this is a lot of pressure!" He argued back. You turned and saw that Snape had already spotted you.
"There's no time." You frantically grabbed the collar of his shirt and pulled him up from his seat so that he was standing in front of you.
"What are you-" He began but you cut him off.
"I'm sorry." You said before leaning forward and connecting your lips.
Hongjoong made a sound of surprise, however, it was muffled by your lips that were tightly pressed against his. You leaned your head slightly to the right before turning the two of you around so that Hongjoong's back was facing Snape. You felt butterflies explode in your stomach and your face burned even more. When Hongjoong hesitantly placed his hands on either side of your waist and pulled you closer it didn't get any better. The butterflies seemed to double in numbers and despite your insides practically melting you opened one eye to check if Snape was still going to throw you headfirst into detention. You almost broke out in laughter when you saw the intimidating Potions master stand awkwardly frozen in spot, hand raised in mid-air and a fly-catching gape on his face. Slowly he turned around and made his way out of the library without a word.
Slowly and hesitantly, you broke the kiss. Hongjoong's eyes were still closed and his mouth hung open in shock. Eventually, his eyes fluttered opened, your insides turning when you made eye contact with the deep brown eyes. He sucked in a sharp breath, trying to find the words to speak.
"Wow," He uttered breathlessly.
"Yeah... wow." You sighed lovingly. "I mean, I'm so so so sorry! I panicked!" You looked at the ground in shame. "I should've asked you first." You admitted.
"If Snape was after me I probably wouldn't have come up with something better." Hongjoong joked before his face turned nervous.
"You know, if you ever wanted to do this again, without Snape trying to kill us, I'd be more than okay with that." He said sheepishly. You looked up at him with a smile.
"What? You mean this?" You asked cheekily before leaning in to kiss him again.
"Yeah, that," Hongjoong answered, smiling against your lips.
"I have to tell you something," You said suddenly.
"What?" He eyed you worryingly.
"It was me who pulled the prank." You grinned at him.
"I knew it was you, dummy." He rolled his eyes playfully. "Come here." This time, Hongjoong was the one pulling you in by your collar and it wouldn't be the last time.

"Oi, L/n! You would think that you don't even know how to ride a broom properly when you never move from that spot!" San laughed as he passed you on his brand new broom.
Had it not been for the fact that it was against the rules in Quidditch, you would've thrown a jinx right at his face. You gritted your teeth and tried to keep your focus. It wasn't a real match. It was just a practice round, just for fun and exercise. "Just for fun" my ass, you thought as you watched him fly around the pitch as if he owned it. A gold flash was visible from the corner of your eye. You immediately turned your head only to realize that it had just been one of your teammates' uniforms. San suddenly entered your vision.
"What's with you today, L/n? You haven't even tried to insult me." There was a smug smirk on his lips as he crossed his arms over his chest, awaiting your answer. He was dangling his feet through the air, a child-like act that made your blood boil.
"Shut up, I'm trying to concentrate." You told him off curtly. San held up his hands in mock surrender.
"Well, well, well. Someone woke up on the wrong side today." You rolled your eyes when they suddenly caught the glimpse of something small hovering over San's head. It was the snitch.
You began to think. You couldn't just charge towards him, that would make him figure out that the snitch was there. Deciding that the best strategy was approaching him slowly you fired back at his comment.
"I don't care which side you think I woke up on, Choi San.-" You leaned forward so that you flew closer to him, making it seem like you were just getting closer to fight with him.
"-Frankly, when it comes to you, I'm always on the wrong side because you never have anything remotely intelligent coming from your mouth." You smirked.
"That's some big words, L/n." He smirked back. "Are you sure you mean all of that?" He asked, an excessive pout plastered on his lips.
You were so close to him now, just a few more centimetres and you would be able to grab the snitch right in front of his eyes. When you didn't answer he sighed.
"Very well," He brought up his arm and grabbed the snitch while maintaining eye contact with you the whole time. "I'm looking forward to our next practice together." He gave you a flirtatious wink before descending and shouting that the game was over.
You followed him down to the ground. You saw your captain, Suh Johnny, shaking hands with Park Seonghwa, the Slytherin captain. Sighing in frustration, you turned your back to them and walked into the Gryffindor locker room.
When you entered you immediately found yourself sitting on one of the benches, holding your head in your hands. Johnny walked in a few seconds later. He was a great captain. He was always looking out for you and the rest of the team, like a big brother. Johnny sighed when he saw your defeated state and sat down next to you, rubbing your back comfortingly.
"What's on your mind?" He simply asked. It was all he needed to say before you spilt everything.
"I can't even do my ONE job in the game as soon as he is playing. I was trying to focus and I was SO close to catching it but I failed." You slumped your shoulders and looked at the floor.
"Hey, relax. It was just a practice round, Y/n. You are a great seeker, never doubt that." He said and laid an arm across your shoulders.
"We have a real game against Slytherin next month. What if I make us lose again?" You turned to look at Johnny. He smiled at you warmly.
"Winning is a team effort, Y/n. The fate of the match is on all of us. It's never only your fault. We win together and we lose together." He said before the arm around your shoulders suddenly turned into a chokehold and his free hand began to mess up your hair. You immediately began to laugh and struggle against his iron grip. The rest of the team began to pile into the room.
"Did you see how that brat sent a bulger right at my face?! My beautiful face!" Kim Seokjin, one of the chasers complained loudly while Johnny released you from the grip, slowly turning his attention to the others.
"Jin, that's literally Jungkook's job as a beater." Lisa, one of the beaters, said while smiling in amusement.
"Excuse you! My face is a national treasure!" Seokjin turned to Lisa.
The rest of the team, including you, began to laugh at his antics. The Quidditch team felt like a second family to you. You left the Quidditch Pitch that night in a considerably better mood than when you first arrived there.
"I hate him and his stupid face." You grumbled as you watched him perform the charm flawlessly.
"Sure you do." Your friend, Taeyong, muttered sarcastically from your left. You whipped your head around and looked at her furiously.
"I do!" You answered defensively.
"Listen here, you don't have time to hate him at the very moment. You need to focus on performing your charm correctly." Taeyong rolled his eyes at your childish behaviour and you narrowed your eyes in response.
"Listen here,-" You mimicked him. "-what I don't need is your motherly nagging." You said and picked up your wand with a pout.
"Look at that pout, motherly nagging is exactly what you need, child." He said with a triumphant smile. You only grumbled incoherently in response and tried to perform the charm again.
Nonverbal Charms were the hardest to perform in your opinion. You needed the words if anything were to happen. Now you were just sitting here and glaring at the quill in front of you, trying to make it levitate or move, at least. You sighed impatiently and angrily put down your wand, leaning back in your seat with crossed arms.
"I give up!" You announced.
"It's been five seconds." Taeyong pointed out but you couldn't care less.
"I can't do it." You responded. You watched in jealousy as San simply pointed his wand at his feather wordlessly and made it levitate. Not wanting to give him the satisfaction of catching you staring at him, you pretended to take notes.
When Professor Flitwick announced that the class was coming to an end you almost cheered out loud but ultimately decided to keep your unsuitable happiness. You picked up your stuff, trying to look as neutral as possible before dashing out of the classroom. Taeyong trailed behind you, trying to keep up with your fast pace.
"Slow down," Taeyong whined as he caught up with.
"No, I'm trying to escape." You said.
"I'm sure he wouldn't call you out when we're in the middle of a corridor-" Before you had time to react to Taeyong's words someone stole your attention.
"L/n!" You searched the big crowd, looking for an arrogant smile and perfectly styled black hair. It wasn't hard to find. Only mere seconds after his call were you glaring directly at him.
"How was class?" He teased, not caring what your answer was.
"You seemed to experience a tad bit trouble in my eyes." He was walking closer. With each step, you felt your blood boil.
"What's it to you, dickhead?" You asked. San's eyes widened slightly at the insult but his smirk remained. If anything, it too, grew in size.
"Oh you know, it would be such a shame if someone were banned from the next Quidditch match if they failed next week's Charm's test." He said while taking slow steps towards you, hands stuffed proudly in the front pockets of his black pants.
"Oh yeah?" You said cockily. "Wanna bet?" You asked. If there was one thing that neither a Gryffindor nor a Slytherin would ever back away from, it was a bet.
As soon as the words left your mouth. You saw San's eyebrow twitch slightly, a sign that he was intrigued by your words. You smirked when you realised that you had caught his interest.
"Ah," You said in realisation and smiled sweetly at him. "You do want to bet." You said, faking your surprise. San narrowed his eyes at you.
"Don't pretend you're surprised, what is the bet?" He demanded.
"If Gryffindor wins the Quidditch match you have to..." You trailed off, trying to come up with something. "...grant me any wish of my choice." You said. San gave you a pointed look.
"A wish?" He asked sceptically.
"What? Are you scared?" You challenged him, knowing it would make him agree on the bet.
"And if I win?" He asked.
"If you win-" You were cut off. "Which I will," San said. "-which you won't. I have to grant a wish for you." You finished, making sure to throw him a nasty glare for cutting you off. San looked like he was deep in thought. Knowing him, he was probably weighing the pros and cons against each other. After a few seconds, he sighed and raised his right hand.
"Deal." He said simply, awaiting your handshake.
"Deal." You answered. shaking his hand firmly.
"How do I know you won't try to back out when Gryffindor loses?" He asked arrogantly.
"If Gryffindor loses, I won't back out. You have someone who witnessed the bet being made." You said and gestured towards San's Slytherin classmate that was waiting for him to finish his conversation with you behind him.
"Same goes for you if you try to back out. I'll have Taeyong tell the whole school that you were too much of a coward to stand your ground." You smirked devilishly at him. "If that turns out to be the case." You added.
"Fine. Be prepared for my wish, L/n." He said.
"You wish." You winked at him before walking past him.
"That bet was so unnecessary, Y/n," Taeyong commented.
"I know." You answered.
"Then why did you do it?" He asked.
"What else could I have done?" You asked, giving him a confused stare.
"Just ignored him," Taeyong stated.
"And let him have power over me? Are you even a Gryffindor, Lee Taeyong?" You asked.
"It just would have saved you a lot of stress. You have to study and practice even harder now." He said.
"So?" You shrugged your shoulders, unbothered by his words.
"So? You'll do anything to beat him?" He asked.
"Yes." You answered without hesitation. You didn't say it out loud but you would rather die than let Choi San prove you wrong.
"I can't believe I'm doing this." You groaned quietly.
"Studying?" Taeyong asked in confusion. He looked up from the page he was reading and gave you a sceptical stare.
"Yes," You sighed and leaned your head back, it hit the backrest of the armchair you were sitting in. "I can't believe you have the energy to do this every day."
"And I can't believe you have the energy to fly around on a broom and look for a small, flying ball every day." Taeyong retorted without looking at you.
"Touché." You shrugged your shoulders before returning to reading the book on nonverbal charms.
It didn't take long for you to get bored and stop comprehending the words you were reading. You decided to take a short break and started to observe the library quietly. A few tables to your right sat a group of Ravenclaw students. They were whispering amongst each other excitedly, you were curious about what they were talking about. After only a few seconds you could read the word "Astronomy" on a book that one of them picked up and pointed at for the rest of them to read the page. You smiled in amusement and continued your observation of the big library.
Also sitting in a group was a few Hufflepuff students that were quietly studying. Nothing interesting seemed to be happening so you moved on.
You suddenly spotted a familiar-looking face a few tables to your left. You narrowed your eyes. Choi San was hunched over the table he was sitting at, palm holding up his head as he was reading. His eyebrows were furrowed in concentration and a strand of the perfectly styled, black hair was sticking out, hitting his forehead softly. It was as if he had felt your stare when he suddenly looked up from his book and straight at you. You scoffed and looked down at the page you had been reading, acting as if San didn't just catch you staring at him.
After a few seconds of pretending to read your book, you looked up just to make sure he had gone back to his work. Sure enough, when you looked up he was writing something down on a piece of parchment. You let out a small sigh of relief before you decided to read your book for real. You managed to focus on reading a few paragraphs until your concentration was broken by something landing on the page you were reading. It was an origami swan. You picked up the swan carefully, afraid that you would damage the fragile paper. When you examined the bird in your hands you noticed that something was written on it. You took a look around the big room, trying to make eye contact with the person who had sent it. When no one met your eyes you sighed and unfolded the paper swan delicately.
"You're looking pretty cute over there, L/n ;)" was scribbled on the paper. You immediately knew who had sent it when you read the words. You smiled and looked up at San only to find him already staring at you. He winked at you playfully and you couldn't help but smile wider. In an attempt to hide your smile you shook your head and looked down again.
You hesitated before grabbing your quill from the table in front of you. Taeyong looked up at you and gave you a proud smile, probably thinking that you were going to write down notes, before returning to his book. You turned the paper and began to write on the other side of it.
"Whatever, idiot :D". You read the phrase before folding it into a simple paper plane. You aimed right at his face before you threw it. You were about to say the spell that was meant to keep your paper plane flying out loud before you remembered that you were in the library. Deciding that you didn't want to face the wrath of Madam Pince, you figured that it could be worth a shot. You raised your wand quietly, and without uttering a word, you shot the spell. Your face lit up in joy when you saw the gradually descending paper plane shot up into the air and fly straight towards San.
When the paper plane hit him square in the nose you had to muffle your laughter by covering your mouth with your hand. San looked up at you in surprise but the facial expression quickly changed to a scowl when he noticed your shoulders shaking in laughter. He unfolded the paper plane and you watched as he read the words. He smiled softly while shaking his head and looking at you. You winked in response before returning to your studying, having found new motivation after performing a nonverbal spell.
When it finally was time for the test, you became a nervous wreck. You wanted to pass, especially with the bet you had made. You were certain that you would never hear the end of it if you failed. While walking into the classroom you were visibly shaking. At least, enough to make Profesor Flitwick walk up to you and ask if you were doing okay. You gave him a nod and an unconvincing smile that made him squint his eyes in suspicion. However, he didn't question you further and returned to the front of the classroom. You barely listened to the instructions and only snapped out of your racing thoughts when Professor Flitwick left a test sheet on your desk.
If you were completely honest, you blacked out after reading the first question. You knew that you had managed to at least answer all the questions but what you had answered was a complete blur. You were amongst the last to leave the classroom, that told you that you probably thought the questions through. But still, you weren't sure. When classes were over for the day you couldn't help but pace around the Gryffindor common room, biting your nails subconsciously as you tried to recall what you had answered. After a few minutes or so, Taeyong sighed and looked at you disapprovingly.
"Y/n, relax!" He exclaimed suddenly, snapping you out of your anxiety-filled thoughts.
"You wrote more than I've ever seen you do on a test. You'll definitely pass." Taeyong smiled encouragingly. You tried to smile back in appreciation but you were sure that it looked like an awkward school photo smile.
"I need to blow off some stress." You muttered before sprinting towards your dorm room.
You practically jumped up the stairs before you walked into your room. The second that the door closed behind you, you began to change out of your Hogwarts robes and into your comfortable Quidditch sweater and pants. You grabbed your Firebolt before walking down the stairs. You passed Johnny who gave you a proud smile and thumbs up before returning to his assignment.
You made a b-line for the Quidditch Pitch, arriving in only mere minutes. You unlocked the closet with practice equipment, grabbing a quaffle before mounting your broom. You flew a few laps around the field before you began to throw the quaffle through the hoops, trying to catch them before they hit the ground. You felt free up here in the air, practising during the sundown. After a few minutes, you took a breather so that you could admire the colours of the sky.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" Someone suddenly said, making you jump and turn your head 90° to the left. San smiled mischievously at your reaction. You placed a hand over your heart and breathed out deeply.
"Choi San if you ever scare me like that again, expect a fist to the face." You threatened.
"Noted," San said, chuckling slightly. Silence fell over the pitch once again. Surprisingly, the silence wasn't awkward even though it should be. You and San weren't friends, this silence should be awkward but it wasn't. It was a pleasant silence that fell between you as you both admired the beauty of nightfall.
"It kinda looks like cotton candy," You whispered, mostly to yourself. San looked at you in confusion but didn't say anything.
"Cotton candy skies." You said, turning to him with a smile. The look that San gave you made your heart flutter the slightest. It was a look of wonder and awe. His lips were parted slightly and his eyes were watching you softly.
"What?" You asked, trying to sound annoyed. San shook his head.
"Cotton candy skies? Really, L/n?" He asked the signature smirk plastered on his face. "I didn't know you were such a softie." He said.
"Well-" You began to put your broom in motion, San following you. "-I'd expect you didn't, with me beating you at everything." You said confidently, throwing him the quaffle, which he caught.
"Hey!-" He threw the quaffle back to you. "-May I remind you of your grades in Potions." He smiled.
"Whatever, nerd. I don't care about making dumb, complicated cocktails." You giggled and threw the quaffle through the middle hoop. The two of you watched as it sailed through perfectly.
"You'd make a decent chaser, L/n," San said, eyebrows raised in surprise.
"Oh please. I'd make an amazing chaser." You retorted looking at him with a confident smirk. "I am a seeker for the sole reason of beating you at that too." You shrugged before racing towards the quaffle on the ground. San followed behind you closely, racing towards the quaffle.
You managed to snatch the quaffle just before San had the chance to grab it. You cheered for yourself loudly before stopping in mid-air.
"See? I am the superior Quidditch-" You turned around and your words were cut off when you realised the proximity of San. "-player." You finished, trying to seem nonchalant about the distance between you despite the burning sensation on your cheeks. San rolled his eyes with a smile.
"Yeah right, good luck next week. We'll see then who is the superior Quidditch player." He answered.
"Good luck to you too.-" You tossed him the quaffle that he caught with ease. "-Hope you can handle it." You smirked before flying towards the castle, brushing against his arm while flying past him.
After your little meeting on the Quidditch pitch, you found your eyes wandering towards San more often than usual. You found yourself watching him with soft eyes and the shadow of a smile playing at your lips. At first, you didn't acknowledge these small signs but it didn't take long for Taeyong to pick up on the subtle change in your behaviour.
"You're totally crushing on him!" Taeyong couldn't contain his smile. You looked at him in horror.
"Am not!" You hissed, trying to contain the conversation on the down-low. "Are you nuts? Why are you saying that?" You looked around the Gryffindor table, making sure that no one was listening.
"You're literally staring at him with lovey-dovey eyes right this second!" He argued. "And you have for the last 20 minutes." You watched him in disbelief before realisation hit you.
"Fuck, you're right." You admitted, slamming your head down on the table.
"Hey, you better be nice. He helped you pass the test." Taeyong teased and you narrowed your eyes at him.
"How exactly did he help me?" You practically squinted at him.
"Well, as far as I know, you weren't able to perform a nonverbal spell until you sent that paper plane at him in the library." You groaned. You were positive that Taeyong had been too absorbed in his book to notice.
"I'm not listening to you." You muttered with a pout as Taeyong laughed at your childish behaviour.
After your new-found crush, you found it harder to compete with him. You still thought that he was stupid. While you were trying to keep your feelings in check, you had noticed how flirtatious your rivalry was. The smirks and winks that you usually would brush off as him trying to annoy you made your cheeks burn and your stomach flutter uncomfortably. His presence made it harder to concentrate properly, which affected both your schoolwork and your performance at the Quidditch practices. A few days before the match, Johnny had enough and pulled you aside after practice is over.
"Are you okay, Y/n?" He asked.
"No," You said looking down. Johnny leaned his head sideways, waiting for you to answer. "I just realised that I have a crush on Choi San." You muttered in embarrassment.
"Oh, okay. Then you're officially the last person to figure it out." Johnny shook his head with a smile. Your head darted up in shock.
"W-Wait, what do you mean?" You stuttered in confusion.
"The whole school has known ever since the two of you started competing in the first year." He said. "You really didn't know, did you?" He asked. You shook your head no.
"Everyone knew?" You asked and Johnny nodded in response. "Even San?" You pressed, worried that he was going to tease you.
"I have no idea whether San is aware of your crush on him or not. I would, however, bet the Quidditch Cup that he has a crush on you." He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively. You smiled and looked at your feet, heart fluttering slightly.
"Speaking of the Quidditch Cup, will you be able to play properly on Saturday?" He asked.
"Oh, I have a bet with San that I do not intend on loosing." You smirked.
"Good." Johnny gave you a nod of approval and a matching smirk before he offered to train a little extra before curfew.
When Saturday finally rolled around, you woke up with a nervous feeling in your stomach. There was still a few hours left before the match started. You decided to leave your bed and wander down to the common room. You hadn't been the only one with that thought. Sitting in front of the warm fire was some of the other players from the team; Seokjin, Lisa and Jackson. You plopped down next to Jackson who immediately offered you a blanket that you accepted.
"Nervous?" Seokjin asked, eyeing you like a concerned mother. You snorted.
"Obviously, you?" You answered looking at the three of them. They nodded in response.
"We have to win this thing," You stated. "Or else I will lose against Choi San." You shuddered at the thought of him winning over you. The three of the shared knowing smirks but didn't say anything. A few minutes later, Johnny walked down, his face lit up when he saw the four of you sitting there.
"Great! Now we just have to wake the others and we can arrange a morning practice before the match." He sprinted up the stairs. The four of you groaned before reluctantly following your captain.
"I don't wanna hear any complaining. Do you think the Slytherin sleeps?" Johnny was walking towards the Quidditch Pitch with rapid steps, the team barely keeping up with his long legs.
"Uh yeah? They're humans, Johnny." You rolled your eyes.
"Wrong, they're psychopaths that could skip a whole night of sleeping just to beat us." Johnny practically jumped down the stairs. When you got near the Quidditch Pitch you could see green cloaked figures zooming through the air. Johnny gave you a pointed look.
"I stand corrected." You retorted, shrugging your shoulders slightly.
When the Gryffindor team walked towards the edge of the Pitch the green figures' movements slowed down and they began nudging each other and pointing in your direction. Slowly but surely they began to descend towards your team with Seonghwa in the front. He was dressed in his green Quidditch robes and his face was adorned with a cocky smirk, very similarly to San who was standing behind his captain. Out of habit, you raised your eyebrows and narrowed your eyes the slightest, giving your face a sceptical expression.
"I see you're taking the opportunity to sleep in today, L/n," San said, still wearing that dumb smirk that made your heart skip a beat.
"It's 6 am." You answered, without missing a beat, despite the fluttering feeling in your stomach. San only shrugged his shoulders arrogantly in response.
"Good luck today," Seonghwa said simply. Johnny nodded reluctantly.
"Likewise." He said, avoiding speaking too much with the rivalling captain.
Your team left quickly, walking towards the changing rooms to change into your uniforms.
The room was completely silent as you and some of your teammates changed into your Quidditch robes. You felt the familiarly soft, scarlet red fabric against your arms as your mind was lost in thought. The thought of losing to Slytherin made your heart rate pick up in fear. You wouldn't be able to bear the disappointment on Johnny's face if you lost. You shuddered as you remembered the bet you had made with San, what kind of sick wish was he going to force you to do? You tied your shoelaces slowly, still thinking about the worst possible outcomes.
"Hey, Y/n!" The sudden call made you jump. You turned around to see Johnny in the opening to the changing room.
"We're waiting for you." He said simply, you nodded in response before grabbing your broom.
If it hadn't been for the immense roar of the crowd, you wouldn't have been surprised if someone told you that they could hear your heartbeat from the other side of the pitch. The practice didn't go as well as you would've liked but there was no stopping the match that was about to begin. You felt the blood rushing through your entire body, the sound of your heartbeat overpowered the cheering. It always felt like this, those few but agonisingly long minutes before Madam Hooch blew her whistle to start the match. You watched as she walked onto the pitch, towards the middle where you and the rest of the players were gathered. No one talked, it was one of the side effects of the raging performance anxiety. Madam Hooch placed the big, brown box of the Quidditch equipment on the green grass before looking at every player with a slightly threatening expression, as she always did.
"I will not tolerate any rule-breaking. You stick to your equipment. Is that understood?" She asked strictly. Everyone nodded.
"I asked if you understood?" She repeated, to which everyone immediately answered in unison with "yes".
"Well then, good luck out there, Slytherin." She nodded towards Seonghwa. "Good luck, Gryffindor." She nodded towards Johnny.
Madam Hooch put her silver whistle between her lips before she began to open the box. She undid the chains around the two bludgers that immediately shot up into the air the second the chains became loose. You dodged slightly to the right, narrowly avoiding being hit by one of them on their way up into the air. After the two bludgers had taken off she released the golden snitch. The small ball circled up into the air before disappearing. Lastly, Madam Hooch grabbed the big, burgundy ball and prepared to start the match. Everyone got into their formations.
Ready.
Set.
GO!
The first seconds of a Quidditch match is always a blur. It's just a massive, floating pile of bodies and brooms diving towards the same target. You, as a seeker, wasn't after the quaffle. You were just aiding your teammates by trying to create a disturbance for the Slytherin team. When the pile finally disappeared you searched the pitch to see who had the quaffle. You quickly spotted someone in emerald robes being followed by the rest of the chasers. You quickly waved at Lisa, catching her attention. You pointed at the green blur that was approaching the Gryffindor goals quickly. She gave you a mischievous smirk before saluting. Lisa caught up with the nearest bludger, swinging her arm back before whirling her bat into the bludger with an intense force. The bludger immediately changed its direction, almost knocking the Slytherin chaser off their broom.
Seokjin took advantage of the Slytherin's lack of balance and quickly took the quaffle from him. You cheered loudly along with the crowd as the Gryffindor chasers approached the Slytherin hoops rapidly. Seokjin threw the quaffle towards the right hoop, the Slytherin Keeper immediately reacted and placed himself in front of it. Johnny flew forward and grabbed the quaffle in mid-air, swinging it in the direction of the left hoop. The quaffle sailed through the air and despite the Slytherin Keeper's quick reaction, the quaffle soared right through the hoop.
The crowd erupted into loud cheers and you heard the familiar ding that informed everyone that points were made. You held up both your hands for Johnny and Seokjin as they flew past. The two of them high fived you before continuing the game.
Deciding that it was probably best to look for the snitch, you started to scan the arena. The only time you would ever complain about the Gryffindor Quidditch robes was during a match. The gold details on the uniform flashed in the sunlight in a way that was not, at all, unlike the snitch.
"Hard time keeping up with me, L/n?" You didn't have to turn around to know who was talking with you. The voice and the familiar fluttering in your stomach told you enough. Still, you turned around.
"Do I make you this nervous, San?" You smirked. "Nervous enough for you to try to patronise me during a match?" You saw a pink dusting on his cheeks when you used his first name while addressing him.
"Whatever floats your boat, Y/n." He replied while subtly drifting closer to you. You saw him frequently glance at a spot over your head. Oh, this is too good.
"Actually, I think I'm right.-" You smiled at him. "-Do you know what I'm also right about?" You asked.
"What?" He was still approaching you.
"I'm going to catch the snitch before you and win this match." You said.
"Oh really now, you think so?" He smirked mischievously. Without missing a beat, you reached up a hand and grabbed the golf-sized, golden ball that was floating over your head.
"I'm certain." You smiled victoriously at his defeated face.
The ending signal echoed through the pitch and Madam Hooch announced Gryffindor's victory as the crowd erupted in another round of cheers.
"Well, you won fair and square. What's your wish?" He asked cheesily. You rolled your eyes.
"Come here you absolute bafoon." You boldly grabbed the collar of San's robed with your free hand and pulled him close to you. Your lips collided with his roughly. After a few seconds, the kiss softened and the crowd exploded in cheers. Something that also exploded was the fluttering in your stomach. It felt like your whole body tingled and you couldn't help but smile into the kiss. The two of you broke the kiss after a few seconds. You rolled your eyes when you saw the expression on San's face. You had expected either a disgusted or heartfelt expression but you were met with a knowing smile.
"You wanted exactly this to happen, didn't you?" You asked.
"Maybe." He replied mischievously.
"So you made your whole team lose to Gryffindor?" You asked, raising your eyebrows while smiling. San paused.
"Don't tell Seonghwa." Was the only thing he said before pulling you into a kiss himself.
i have not watched this video, but i think it’s important to warn people that according to comments this man commits suicide on camera. there are a lot of comments simply telling people to “keep scrolling” but please also say what the video is. it took me a good minute to find that info just from the notes.
THIS IS A VIDEO GRAPHICALLY SHOWING A MAN COMMIT SUICIDE VIA SHOTGUN TO THE HEAD. IT IS SHOCKING, IT IS TRAUMATIC, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY KEEP SCROLLING OR REPORT IF YOU SEE THAT FIRST FRAME. IT HAPPENS VERY QUICKLY WITH LITTLE TO NO WARNING.
As someone who did watch this video, it's awful. If you see this screen, immediately keep scrolling. I recommend turning off autoplay on your tik tok account .
PEOPLE ARE ALSO EDITING THIS CLIP INTO OTHER TIKTOKS.
I JUST SAW ONE WITH A GIRL DOING THE “my biggest flex is having hot friends check” AND THE FIRST THING THAT POPPED UP WAS THIS VIDEO. IT IS GRAPHIC AND DEFINITELY TRAUMATISING.
I have also been told that there are several other tactics that people are using. A few of them are:
- craft videos with multiple steps. they will show one or two steps before cutting to the video.
- innocuous videos (ie, someone showing their pets or kids) will also show the clip. a good way to tell is if it seems like a poor-quality video.
- aesthetics videos (one that is circulating is a halloween aesthetic video)
- lastly, it will seem to be a person making a rip post for the man in the video
these are just the ones i have heard from friends or people posting about this. pls be safe and pause to read the comments on tiktoks to get an idea of what the video may be.
tiktok has a history of not being the best at handling things like this so do your best to keep yourself safe. if you have younger siblings, friends or maybe kids of your own pls try to get them to stay off tiktok for a while or pass this information off.

If someone were to ask you: What do you love about the Ravenclaw common room? Your answer would not be short by any means. You loved the stars that were carefully painted on the ceiling, mirroring the heavens perfectly. You loved the view of the grounds surrounding the castle that was visible through the big windows that were lined with bronze details. You loved the calm and quiet in the common room that made it easy to study or read.
You were currently seated in one of the many royal blue armchairs in the big, circular room. Your best friend Renjun was sitting in the armchair next to yours with a black notebook and a white feather quill in his hands. His glasses were sliding down his nose and you could frequently hear him put them back into their place with a slightly irritated huff. You, on the other hand, couldn't concentrate on the homework in front of you. Potions was a class you that you hadn't been fond of since ever, everything was so complicated. Your favourite subject was Defence Against the Dark Arts. It was much more interesting and provided knowledge that would come in handy more regularly than potions making in the future.
"This is so boring," You told Renjun.
"Tell me about it," He sighed and leaned back in the chair.
"But we have to finish it. We only have today and tomorrow." He looked up at you. Renjun looked tired at the moment. You weren't that alarmed even though you should be because being a Ravenclaw came with the astronomical desire to put yourself through infinite sleep deprivation.
"You're right," You sighed before returning to your homework.
The Ravenclaw common room was almost empty, aside from you and Renjun plus two other students. Most of the students were sleeping at 2:30 a.m. but you just couldn't sleep knowing you had a big essay to turn in.
"C'mon, let's finish this stupid essay and get the hell back to bed before we start to hallucinate." You said to Renjun who only offered a tired nod in agreement.
It didn't take as long as you had expected. By 3:30 a.m. you were back in your dorm room, tiptoeing across the floor to not disturb your already sleeping dormmates. You didn't even bother to change into pyjamas, as you were wearing comfortable clothes before you plopped down on your bed with a soft thud. For the first time in a long time, you felt the warm fuzzy feeling envelope your body almost instantly. Before you knew it, you were sound asleep in an awkward position and supposed to get up in less than four hours.
Waking up after only three and a half hours of sleep is a whole other experience. Without going into too much detail, it feels like waking up without memory. What year is it? seemed to be a general question your mind asked every time you got less than five hours of sleep. You observed the room with half-opened eyes and saw your dormmates laying in their beds, also awake but questioning whether to get up or not.
"Do we have to get up?" Someone asked.
"Yes, school is important." Someone else answered.
"School can suck a dick," You retorted.
"Language!" Someone warned.
"I'm sorry," You began sarcastically.
"This institution may oh so kindly engulf the private parts of a man." You said.
"That's not what I meant Y/n," You could practically hear the eye-rolling.
"Hey, that was poetic." You protested.
Ultimately, there was no avoiding getting up. Your stomach couldn't stop growling which meant that you needed to eat something. You got dressed and waited for Renjun as usual. He arrived in the common room about seven minutes after you had made your way down the stairs to your dorm. His hair tussled from moving in his sleep and he had lazily put on his robes, his tie hanging loosely and untied around his neck. Renjun removed his glasses temporarily in an attempt to rub the tiredness out of his eyes with his left hand.
"Took you long enough, sleeping beauty." You teased him as he reached you.
"Shut up, Y/n. I deserved that sleep for staying up and studying with you." Renjun didn't enjoy to be teased, especially in the early hours of the morning.
Renjun did, however, enjoy teasing other people. You noticed the smirk growing on Renjun's lips and you knew better than to try and stop whatever comment that was about to hit you in the face.
"You look tired Y/n, did you have trouble sleeping?" He asked mockingly with an excessive pout.
"Was it because you were thinking about him?" He asked, louder than he needed to.
The "him" Renjun was referring to was not God. It was Renjun's best friend and your crush Lee Jeno. Lee Jeno, the seventh year Hufflepuff with the most adorable smile and sweetest personality. His looks made it difficult not to fall for him and his personality made it inevitable. You and Jeno didn't talk a lot to each other but knew a lot about each other thanks to Renjun.
You felt your cheeks heat up and you were certain that you looked like you had just run a marathon.
"N-no of course not," You said in your best attempt to defend your pride. Even though your statement had been true, your not so subtle stutter made it seem like you were lying straight through your teeth.
"Of course not, Y/n," Renjun said sarcastically, earning a glare from you.
Breakfast at Hogwarts was unbeatable. The food, in general, was delicious but something about breakfast was just divine. While you were happily munching your breakfast a familiar voice interrupted your moment of pure bliss and made you choke on the piece of toast you were eating.
"Good morning, Renjun!" The cheerful voice of Lee Jeno caused you to start coughing as you were caught off-guard by the sudden greeting.
"Oh my God, Y/n! Are you okay?" Jeno quickly put a hand on your back to support you while looking at you with worried doe eyes.
"I'm fine." You managed to wheeze out in between the coughs as tears blurred your vision.
"Are you sure?" He asked and you felt your cheeks burn slightly as you noticed the proximity of his face. You swallowed your coughs with a barely audible gulp and nodded timidly while trying to not look down at his lips.
"Yeah, continue your chat with Renjun." You said with a small smile before you grabbed your goblet to drink some water.
Jeno threw one last concerned glance at you before hesitantly turning to Renjun, talking about something you couldn't hear over the deafening sound of your heart. If Renjun would have said that he could hear your heartbeat from his seat you wouldn't even be surprised. With each beat, it felt as if the power intensified. You tried to drown the sound by raising the goblet to your lips with a shaking hand before drinking the water.
You didn't know what had gotten into you. Usually, you were completely calm around Jeno despite your crush. You could practically feel Renjun's smug glances he threw your way whilst he was talking to Jeno. You nervously sipped the water from the goblet and tried your utmost to look casual. After a while, Jeno needed to leave to finish his breakfast. With a cheery goodbye to both you and Renjun, he left the Ravenclaw table which left you in silence. When he was out of earshot, Renjun spoke up suddenly.
"Well, Y/n, I don't think I've seen anything smoother than that in my entire life." He laughed quietly.
"Oh shut up." Was your only reply while you prayed that the burning sensation on your cheeks would disappear as soon as possible.
Despite the awkward encounter with Jeno during breakfast, your mood remained fairly stable throughout the day. It was even boosted when you realised that Defense Against the Dark Arts was on today's schedule. You walked towards the classroom on the third floor with exciting steps and a not-equally-excited Renjun trailing behind you. Renjun didn't hate Defense Against the Dark Arts, it was a very necessary subject. He found it boring at times. Renjun always said that Astronomy was the better subject. It was understandable really, with him being a muggle-born and all. You had heard that muggles also studied Astronomy. Renjun had this enthusiastic fixation with something he called "aliens", some kind of species from space, that was all you could understand in his rambles.
When you entered the classroom through the wooden door it was no surprise to anyone that you and Renjun were amongst the last to arrive. Ravenclaws had proven their classmates and teachers time and time again that arriving on time for the class wasn't exactly what they were good at. You scanned the classroom and quickly spotted the two seats that were left. You motioned for Renjun to follow you and he silently complied. The two of you conversed quietly until the teacher entered the classroom.
"Good morning class!" The teacher greeted you before continuing. "Today we are going to commence our studies of werewolves.".
"Yes!" You said in a quiet cheer. You had been looking forward to studying werewolves all year.
"I will introduce the subject during this and the next class. After the introduction, you will be working in pairs-" The teacher got cut off by the simultaneous cheer of the students.
"-that I will divide you into." The teacher finished, earning a collective groan from the class.
You weren't too bothered by the statement, you and Renjun always ended up working together since the teachers thought you worked well together. Discretely picking up your quill and bottle of ink, you started to doodle on a piece of parchment while the teacher tried to silence the many protests of the class. It wasn't until a few minutes later that you realised what you were doodling. You blinked in surprise when you saw all the hearts and the letter "J" sprawled across the small piece of paper. You crumbled the paper into a ball and prayed that Renjun hadn't seen what you had been doodling.
"Alright, class, what can you tell me about werewolves?" The teacher asked.
A Hufflepuff girl raised her hand and answered: "They look like a normal person but turn into a werewolf every full moon.".
"Very good, five points to Hufflepuff. Anything else?" The teacher looked at the class expectingly. You raised your hand shyly and the teacher motioned for you to speak.
"The disease that causes the transformations is called lycanthropy and is believed to originate from northern Europe." You said.
"Correct." The teacher looked impressed. "Thank you, Y/n. Ten points to Ravenclaw.".
"Why weren't you taking notes during class?" Renjun asked as the two of you were exiting the classroom.
"I've already read every book in the library that has something about werewolves in it and I have taken notes from them all year." You said proudly.
"You're such a nerd." Renjun smiled and rolled his eyes at you.
"Excuse you, Huang Renjun! I'm not the one who is always talking about those aliens." You said, offended.
"That's different!" He defended himself.
"Tell me how it's different!" You said.
"Whatever." He grumbled and you laughed at him. "What class do we have now?" He asked to change the subject.
"I have History of Magic and you have Herbology." You answered him. Renjun groaned.
"Damn it, why did I choose Herbology this year?" He asked you.
"I have no idea, you dumbass. At least you have Jeno to keep you company." You answered while looking through your notes from the previous History of Magic class.
"I bet you would love to trade places with me right now." Renjun wiggled his eyebrows suggestively.
"Renjun if you would shut your mouth once in a while your life would go pretty smoothly." You smiled innocently and left him behind to walk towards the History of Magic classroom. You could hear Renjun shout a response but you couldn't make out the words as you were too focused on your notes.
"That concludes my introduction of werewolves. Do any of you have any questions?" The teacher asked. The class stayed silent and no one raised their hand.
"Great, then I will reveal your working groups." The teacher picked up a neatly folded parchment paper from the desk and unfolded it. You paid attention half-heartedly until you heard your name.
"Y/n you will be working with Renjun." They said and you high fived Renjun.
"Last but not least, Haechan and Jeno you are the last group. Is there anyone who doesn't have a partner?" The teacher asked. No one spoke up.
"Good. We will start to work in the pairs next class. Dismissed." The teacher finished.
The teacher barely had time to finish their sentence before the students had begun to pack their things. You and Renjun packed up your things and walked out of the classroom.
"When should we start to work on the assignment?" You asked Renjun.
"I don't know." He shrugged his shoulders. "Knowing you, you probably already have the first paragraph planned out in your head." He teased.
"For your information, it's written down in my notebook." You jokingly rolled your eyes.
"Damnit, I forgot my notebook in the classroom." Renjun facepalmed. He took a few steps back before turning and running towards the classroom. "Don't wait for me!" He shouted quickly over his shoulder.
You looked at Renjun's form until he disappeared in the massive sea of students. That's strange, you thought. You could've sworn that you saw his notebook with the obnoxiously green alien heads behind the Defense Against the Dark Arts textbook in his arms before he ran off. You tilted your head slightly, deep in thought. You probably just imagined that it was there. Either that or he was lying. Renjun rarely lied, if that was the case, he must have a perfectly good reason for doing so. You did as Renjun told you and continued your walk without him. You were confident that he had a reasonable argument behind his potential lie.
Spoiler Alert: Renjun did NOT have a reasonable argument nor a perfectly good reason for lying.
You could only imagine the surprise on your face after you had practically stumbled into the classroom, on-time might I add, for the next Defense Against the Dark Arts class and found the classroom empty. Except for the teacher and a certain Hufflepuff boy. That was five minutes ago. You were now on a hunt for your so-called best friend. Walking with fast steps until you finally spotted him in the courtyard. It was as if Renjun could sense your anger from the other side of the courtyard because he looked up as soon as you momentarily stopped.
"Renjun I will not hesitate to murder you right on this very spot." You said, walking up to him with rapid steps.
"Whatever are you talking about, Y/n." He feigned his innocence. He looked at you with a fake surprised expression.
"You made the teacher switch our partners, why?" You demanded.
"Because," He closed the book he was reading. "I don't feel comfortable working with you at the moment." He mocked. You squinted your eyes at him in return.
"Besides, you and Jeno will make great partners. He needs some help with Defense Against the Dark Arts, he can't seem to focus." Renjun's mischievous smile made you even angrier.
"Also, Haechan and I wanted to work together." He added and motioned towards the Slytherin boy beside him.
"Yeah, sure." Haechan smiled a sarcastic smile that made Renjun narrow his eyes at him.
"Y/n?" Jeno asked nervously. You turned around and saw Jeno walking up to the two of you. You cursed silently for not noticing him following you.
"This conversation is not over." You hissed before turning your heel and walking away with a confused Jeno trailing behind you.
"What was that about?" Jeno asked when he finally caught up with your fast pace.
"Oh, uh, nothing. Renjun just took one of my textbooks as a dumb joke." You lied quickly.
"That's not very kind," A frown took over the warm smile that was normally gracing his face. "C'mon," He grabbed your arm and halted you in your step. "I'll help you get it back." He smiled at you.
"Oh no, that's fine!" You panicked. "I'll deal with him later. I've already wasted enough of our study time." You smiled quickly before turning around. You internally groaned when you felt your cheeks heat up, this wasn't going to be easy for you.
You and Jeno went into one of the empty classrooms to study. The two of you packed up all your stuff in comfortable yet slightly tense silence. You hesitated several times before speaking up.
"So, I um, I have an idea for the opening paragraph that we could use." You started. Jeno looked up at you and you instantly panicked. "I-If that's okay with you of course." You finished, looking away shyly.
"Of course that's okay with me, Y/n!" He said cheerfully before sitting down. "If I'm being completely honest I'm not good at this subject." He rubbed the back of his neck shyly.
"I can help if you want to." You offered shyly. Jeno's eyes lit up like a child's on Christmas day.
"You would do that?" He asked, smiling warmly at you.
"Of course, we're friends, right?" You said, unsure. Jeno chuckled and reached out his hand for you to shake.
"Friends." He confirmed as you shook his hand. You ignored the intense butterflies in your stomach as you shook his hand and smiled at him.
After the class had ended, Jeno offered to walk you to the Great Hall for dinner. You used that time to discuss what topic you should focus on in your assignment. It became clear very quickly, however, that it was a topic that demanded more than a few minutes of discussion. When you reached the Great Hall, Jeno gave you a warm "goodbye" and went to sit at the Hufflepuff table. You had another target, the Ravenclaw table and more specifically: Huang Renjun.
Huang Renjun was not sitting at the Ravenclaw table. You searched the whole table with no sign of him. While searching, you spotted Haechan at the Slytherin table, sitting with his back facing you. You walked up to him and tapped him on the shoulder.
"Excuse me, do you know where Renjun is?" You asked politely.
"Yeah, he left the Great Hall a few minutes ago. He probably is in the Ravenclaw common room by now, he was in such a rush trying to avoid meeting you here." Haechan laughed slightly.
"Thanks." You said simply before sitting down and eating quickly.
It didn't take long for you to be on your way. You stormed out of the Great Hall, completely missing Jeno's attempt to wave goodbye at you. The Ravenclaw common room was located on the fifth floor, which sucked because it was far away from almost everything but it was also great because the Gryffindor students rarely had the energy to try and prank your house or common room. It also sucked if you were in a hurry since the Ravenclaw common room didn't have a password, you had to answer the riddle that the bronze eagle doorknocker gave you. Oh and the riddle? It changed every time someone wanted to gain access to the common room.
When you came into view of the door, the eagle doorknocker came to life. It patiently waited for you to reach the door before speaking. The voice of the doorknocker was unique, you doubted that you would ever hear something similar in the rest of your living days. It was airy and clear but also distant and slightly echoing.
"What is the difference between a dragon and a Ravenclaw student?"
Your initial thought was: a lot of things. You didn't have time for this when you were trying to kill Renjun, you let your anger take over instead of raking your brain for a reasonable answer.
"This Ravenclaw student won't hesitate to slit your throat at the very moment." You answered while glaring at the doorknocker. It was quiet for a few seconds before the voice filled the silence.
"I suppose that it is not completely wrong." The door slid open and you walked into the common room before the doorknocker changed its mind.
Renjun was seated next to one of the big windows, peacefully reading a book. He didn't notice you until you were too close to escape from. You leaned on the armrests of the armchair he was sitting in.
"Listen here, you twat." You hissed. "I deserve a good explanation.". Renjun sighed. He looked at the page number in the book before putting it down in his lap.
"Fine." He glared at you. "I am so sick of seeing you and Jeno being so oblivious. You two obviously like each other and it's disgusting but it's more irritating to see the two of you not do anything about it. So I'm helping you." He answered. You felt your cheeks burn.
"The only thing you're helping me with is embarrassing myself in front of him." You crossed your arms and sat down in the armchair across from him.
"Listen," Renjun began, looking uncomfortable while talking about emotions. "He likes you, trust me." He finished.
"Yeah, right." You rolled your eyes and Renjun narrowed his eyes at you.
"I can't believe the Sorting Hat let you into Ravenclaw, you dumbass." He said with a smile.
"You couldn't even get into the common room by yourself in the first month of school." You laughed.
"HEY! We agreed on never mentioning that again." Renjun pouted.
"I can't believe you would go so far as having Haechan as your partner." You changed the subject.
"Why?" Renjun looked at you in confusion.
"You two fight all the time, I bet you can't even agree on the title of your essay." You smirked.
"Whatever." Renjun rolled his eyes and returned to his book, proving that you had been right.
"And that's why werewolves have such a hard time getting a job." You finished your long rant about werewolf history.
"Wow, that's messed up," Jeno said simply.
"I know," You responded. "Maybe that should be our main topic, mistreatment of werewolves in society." You suggested with a smile.
"Yeah!" Jeno agreed excitedly. "Wow, you're so smart." Jeno sighed. The room went completely quiet, you not knowing how to respond and Jeno starting to realise what he just said.
"Oh Merlin, I said that out loud, didn't I?" Jeno's cheeks began to turn pink.
"Um yeah," You responded, still stunned from the sudden compliment.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean it like that- well I did but I didn't mean to say it so suddenly. Damn, I'm so stupid-" Jeno rambled. While he rambled you tried to assemble your thoughts.
"-I just like you a lot so-" Jeno cut himself off mid-sentence. You turned to face him with wide eyes and burning cheeks. Jeno's expression matched your own.
"I'm just gonna leave before I say something even more stupid." Jeno collected his things and started to leave.
"Wait!" You grabbed his hand, stopping him. "Was it really something stupid? You liking me, I mean, was that just some stupid thing you said?" You asked. Jeno hesitated before shaking his head.
"I like you too," You mumbled out. You watched three different emotions flash across Jeno's face in just a slipt second. Shock, realisation and finally happiness. He smiled widely before dropping his things and enveloping you in a warm hug.
"I thought you didn't like me back," Jeno confessed while still hugging you.
"Why would you think that?" You asked curiously.
"You always avoided me when I would come up to you and Renjun." He said with a pout.
"Yeah well, I'm not exactly a fan of embarrassing myself in front of someone I like." You answer and Jeno just chuckled.
"I thought it was cute when you would though." He teased, earning a light slap on his back from you.
"Shut up." You finally released him from the hug and leaned back to look at him. He was smiling at you which made you smile back.
"Can I kiss you?" He asked shyly. You averted your gaze and bit your lip to keep a giggle from escaping your lips.
"Sure," You answered quietly.
You leaned in and your lips met in a shy kiss. It was slow and careful. You felt the butterflies in your stomach explode and you felt your whole body tingle from the contact. You began to smile into the kiss, which made Jeno smile as well. The two of you broke the kiss when you began to giggle. You leaned your forehead on his and closed your eyes.
"I bet one galleon that Renjun is standing outside the door right now." You broke the silence. Jeno leaned back and looked at you in disbelief.
"What? No way." Jeno said. Before you had time to answer you heard a voice on the other side of the door.
"Be ready to pay up, Jeno," Renjun said and opened the door.
You and Jeno just looked at each other before bursting out in laughter.
Hello~ could you please help me out? I was wondering what you think Ateez's hogwards houses are
I have gotten two requests about this so let’s do this!
(Keep in mind this is solely based on my own opinions)
Hongjoong: I would make him a Slytherin. I feel like he is really driven by the determination to do everything as good as possible, you know pre-debut (and to this day) when he was spending hours and hours in the studio making sure everything was perfect. He also has great leadership skills which I think is a big part of being a Slytherin. Also for my fellow zodiac enthusiasts, since he is a Scorpio, I associate their mystery a lot with the Slytherin house.
Seonghwa: I think that Seonghwa is the Hufflepuff to Hongjoong’s Slytherin. While Hongjoong is a fantastic leader and can be very strict I see Seonghwa as more soft spoken and gentle. He is also a hard worker which is commonly associated with Hufflepuff, he cleans the house and looks after the members and is very compassionate which makes him a prime example of a Hufflepuff (in my opinion). Also pretty unrelated but he cooks well and the Hufflepuff common room is right next to the kitchens sooo.
Yunho: I actually think Yunho is a Gryffindor. He just gives me the vibes of the friend who texts you at like 2 am saying: “get dressed we’re digging up dinosaur bones” anyone with me? And I feel like he’s always doing some stupid shit with Mingi they just make this very chaotic duo and gives me major Gryffindor vibes. Yunho woul DEFINITELY not be sitting on his thicc ass studying if he was attending Hogwarts, he would most likely go exploring and go on adventures.
Yeosang: okay Yeosang actually gives me some Ravenclaw vibes. I feel like many people would want to place him in Hufflepuff bc he’s so soft or Slytherin bc he’s a savage. HOWEVER I feel like Yeosang savageness could be described as quick-witted and as we know wit is a very big Ravenclaw trait. He also is very good at those poems (idk what they’re called I hope you know what I’m talking about if I say “Emma Watson is mine”) which takes a fast and creative thinker. He also seems like he is someone who cares about his individuality, he always seems to be standing out, to me at least. Completely unrelated but I, as a Ravenclaw, relate to him on a lot of levels.
San: But like listen, Hufflepuff San. OKAY HEAR ME OUT. He works SO HARD to get the choreography perfect and he also has one of the most soft-baby-boy-I-wanna-squish energy off stage. He also confessed to being very hard on himself and insecure which I think a lot of Hufflepuffs are since they’re always overlooked as the house that the people who weren’t “good enough” for the other houses end up. He’s also the most cuddliest cling baby ever I’m devastated. Also he’s a Cancer (again not definitive argument but) and they are VERY caring which makes him a great Hufflepuff.
Mingi: probably a Gryffindor. As I said, the chaotic duo that is Yungi gives me MAJOR Gryffindor vibes. They are like Fred/George type of Gryffindor duo. I just feel like he also would be kinda over it when it comes to school work and go on adventures with Yunho. Mingi also has a lot of energy and is SO LOUD like how can he not be in Gryffindor? Again with the zodiac signs but he is literally a Leo, a lion, do I need to say more?
Wooyoung: Wooyoung is pretty hard for me to place (him and Jongho definitely took me some time) but I think Woosan is our second Hufflepuff/Slytherin duo here. I’m gonna be straight up with you I base this opinion on the fact that he bullies Seonghwa on the daily like💀 (I’m sorry Slytherins) But I also think that he is one of those friends that would literally jump someone for his friend. He also gives me very protective vibes, I feel like he’s very protective of his friends and San. I know y’all know he’s PETTY. Yeah I feel free to argue with me on these last two members.
Jongho: my sweet strong baby. I’ve seen a lot of people place him in Gryffindor and yeah I agree. My boy’s got them biceps tho, THE STRENGTH of this mans,,,gurl. Not only is his physical strength a good argument but he’s also RUTHLESS, which could make him a Slytherin but I don’t think he actively seeks out to be ruthless I think it’s just a fun thing for him to get to flick his hyungs’ foreheads. Feel free to argue on this one too.
Again these are just my opinions and they are not facts this is just my own personal speculations :))
PLEASE SHARE THIS, triggering fancams are being spread all over Kpop social media.
Basically on twitter and Instagram (and possibly YouTube and tiktok now too) there are disgusting people who post videos of fancams.... only they aren’t actual fancams. After a couple of seconds the video will cut to jump scares or extremely gory scenes including murder, torture, self harm etc.
They also message people through DM asking “what are you afraid of?” Or similar and then proceed to send these videos so please don’t reply to anything like that and report and block them straight away.
There are so so many accounts that are doing this and I’ve just found out about this now so I don’t have the most information.
@/fancamsituation on Instagram (and twitter too I think) are giving all of the information about this as well as listing accounts to block and report.
These videos can be highly triggering for many people so please share this as much as you can. Also turn off autoplay on twitter if you have one so you aren’t accidentally exposed to the videos
I saw one of these thinking it was like a normal fancam but like 20 seconds in it cut to someone being burnt alive and im traumatized. its scary and terrifying. so no one watch fancams for awhile unless you know they're safe. its fucked up
