The text on the side of some LOVE YOURSELF 結 ‘Answer’ album sleeves were misprinted during the album production process. (The character ‘結’ was misprinted as ‘轉’).

We discussed possibility of postponing the album release, but decided keeping our promised release date was of the utmost importance.

Once the album is out, we plan to distribute the original album sleeves to those who have received the misprinted products.

Beginning September 10 (KST), you can (1) pick up the original album sleeves at major record shops across Korea or (2) register online to receive the sleeves via shipment.

Offline distribution will be available from Monday, September 10 to Friday, September 21 (KST). You can receive the original album sleeves during shop operating hours within the above dates.

You can access the ‘Distribution Notice Page’ by reading the album QR code with your cell phone.

The original album sleeves will be delivered to the shipping address you provide.

Online registration will be open from Monday, September 10 to Friday, November 30 (KST).

Delivery will be processed beginning Monday, September 17 in order of online registration.
