You wanted to be asked about Vikala, so... They've got the cult of a fallen god following them instead, what's their next move? Or was this an extremely shortsighted decision? Also, is Judas at all aware of their actions?

totally hasn't been almost 5 months that this has been sitting here ..whoops

I can't remember what I have in dragon bios and what's just been in my mind so quick thing

judas becomes mortal as punishment for "killing" the rain goddess. she's..not actually dead, but is greatly weakened and has no physical form. this causes parts of sorneith to approach a drought

vikala doesn't have much of a following, initially, aside from the most desperate dragons in need of something to latch onto. she promises many things, with some rainfall being one. less out of concern for mortals and more so to spite judas, the rain goddess (I need to find a name for her.) musters up what strength she has to bring about rain. More people start placing faith in vikala afterwards. That being said, I dont actually think she had much of a plan...so quite shortsighted, she just got lucky.

and yes. judas is very, very uncomfortably aware. he's temporarily saved by the fact that vikala's interpretation of him is different from the Actual him (plus, him as a god vs mortal are different. need to draw him out one day) as well as the fact that he comes off as kind of pathetic and petulant before growing as a person. still, yeah, he knows that the dragon preaching about killing a god and eating their heart to become them is preaching about Him. and he's very wary of her as a result

Hey. What was the familiar for the first festival after you joined. I realized today mine was one of the acolytes and saw my dragons coming to wheel me back to the retirement home I escaped from.

This is Nandu, the aether baby. Like most aethers he loves eating paper and spents lots of time trying to eat the books in the library he lives in. But because a mimic, the Book Hoard lives there as well, and tries to eat Nandu, they keep each other plenty busy and Nandu hasn't eaten a single shred of paper in many years.

Sindara, is a plush who came to live, in a non-cursed way. I haven't really thought about their lore too much yet but for me their capsule is filled with their joy for life and for being alive.

Gamgyul, is our gummy shark stealing rascal and trickster. The clan however finds him endearing rather than annoying cause he's never causes any harm or damage. Unless you count the gummy sharks. Plus he's a good excuse to always have a full stock of the sweets around!

I adore how the blues in Gamgyu's koi match the lil sharks, its like he got them on himself 😭 and the dark sclera eyes are always so nice on fathom permababies, he looks so focused on the shark in his mouth
