It has been a while since I have been able to enjoy weekend Breakfast! The coffee in the pour over is Tony's French Royale, the berries are from the produce box we subscribe to. And the the Green yogurt is not only sugar-free but contains 17g of protein.

B R E A K S

What does your lunch break look like?

Breaks are great when you have nowhere but anywhere to be. Today, I spotted my usual location avec an unusual amount of cars. The nice cool breeze and shade the trees provide are such quite the refuge from the uncomfortablly bright (almost) Summer sun.

68°F 🔆

The temperature reads. I look around and discover a trail nearby and a jogger makes a mad dash past me. As intriguing as this is, I have no desire to lose myself both literally and figuratively to this trail. Sure, it seems harmless enough but what's beyond is something I wish to not know now.

Besides, I'd rather spend my time eating my homemade cookie and coffee.
