they were probably one of the most mixed groups lately honestly, considering that despite jie and his twin being korean ethnically, they were still considered chinese really. and there was kris too. it was nice really, having such a diverse mix, and jie had the hope it would bring them a wider audience really. “mhm.. i want to learn thai from kris when i can, but i need to finish with korean first because i want to be as good as possible before i try tackle another language, you know?” but he really did want to learn another language too, even just basics. “sorry hyung, but then don’t think about them! think about how fun it’s gonna be when we debut.” jie beamed, always trying to look on the bright side of a situation. “hm, true, but once our album and music video drop, that’s when we really see how many people are interested in us and if it’ll go well. i think i’m excited for the music shows too.. i mean.. we’ll be on stage with other idols finally and we’ll really be a group– we’ll really have debuted.”
jie pouted for a moment, before shrugging a little. “i just want you to worry about yourself too and if you don’t then we need to– you might be the umma of the group, but you need to look after yourself too! and i know.. you worry about me a lot, but i have ryo hyung and jae and rue hyung as well, and kris and jin! so use some worry for yourself.” he smiled softly then, really meaning it because he wanted to know that cheolwon was doing that and watching himself too, because jie didn’t want him too get too stressed or worry too much. they sounded well together now though as they both sang, though jie was starting to attempt now to giggle the more silly cheolwon got. though by the song’s end he couldn’t hold it at all, giggles and small laugh’s slipping out as he’d given up on singing.
“I’m going to try and learn as manage languages as possible, not fluently though, or that will take years.” Just the important stuff, like introducing himself and the group and saying thank you and how much he loved the fans. The kind of stuff he was going to need if they ever had a tour when they got more popular, which would be extra exciting as well because he had never even left Korea before. But that was thinking a little too far into the future, for now, he just needed to focus on where they were and the hurdles they would need to jump to even get to that point. “Fun and just a little bit stressful,” he offered with a smile and a small laugh, “but it is exciting to think about. I wonder how many fans we still have left from the time of the show, I bet we’ve lost most of them because of the long hiatus.” But he was trying not to think about it, hopefully they would get popular and not just be stuck in unpopularity like so many groups.
Smiling softly, Cheolwon nodded his head, “Don’t worry, I do worry about myself as well.” Though not so much because he was always busy worrying about everything else to even think about himself. But Jie was right, but just because there were a lot of other people looking out for the manake, didn’t mean that he was going to stop worrying as well. It was more his job than theirs, he was supposed to be there for his members and help them through things. Laughing just a little himself as his adlib got even more ridiculous, his hands quickly cut off from playing, body bending over just a little as he tried to stifle the sound of his own laughs. “What are you laughing at?” He teased a little, nudging the younger with an elbow, “Do you not appreciate my effort?”
