Hey I absolutely love your Disney stories and experiences! I just applied to the program and my phone interview is Monday and I have been taking notes and researching tips like a crazy person! I was wondering if maybe you had some helpful advice?? Anything would be great!!

So I'm fully considering CRP

There are currently 4 people I know from my first summer down there right now all in F&B. Emily told me all about it and it sounds phenomenal. Especially as a transition period after uni to make money for a master's. I miss everything about life in Florida. I don't know why I've become so nostalgic lately. Maybe its seeing all the pictures. Or the fact that this was the first summer I didn't get a break from real life. Either way I'm already way too excited about the thought of spending a year there. Especially since Emily could (and hopes to) reapply that year too!

Sorry this took awhile, I don't check this blog often. Also my memory may be a little foggy as my last Disney interview was around a year and half ago. Basically Disney interviews are the most comfortable interview you will experience. They first do a presentation about what its like to live/work at Disney, then its the one on one (or my first year it was partner) interviews. If you've had a phone interview at all there will probably be similar questions. Why you want to work there, why should they hire you, a situation pertaining to a job you've checked off and how you would handle it, etc.

Honestly if you have the time to look through my blog or even the archive that will probably be a lot more helpful. I loved both my summers there more than anything and had thought about a third summer but had a different opportunity come up that I couldn't pass up. Hope that helps!

Hi!! I'm actually not part of the program anymore but have participated in it twice. I spent two lovely summers in WDW in two different roles. I'm not entirely sure if Australia has the exact same ICP as we do, ours is only 3 months and I thought maybe yours is for longer? Perhaps not. Either way though I would love to answer any questions you have. I'm not entirely sure what to say about it off the top of my head except for its more than worth it. Feel free to scour my blog as well because I had a few rants about it.

Why is this the cutest thing I've ever seen

Just a heads up to the new people that started following me is that I'm no longer involved in the ICP. Unfortunately I got a grown up job this year and while I'm liking it I get sudden pangs of nostalgia for my funtime job. Its weird not spending a summer at the happiest place on earth.

That being said I'm still around to answer questions, I don't check this blog that often so be patient. TTFN.
