The CHARITY IS Comic Relief.

The EVENT is Red Nose Day.

Comic Relief uses fun and comedy to raise awareness and funds for young people in poverty all around the world (including your neighbourhood). Red Nose Day is an annual televised event of comedy and skits to drive live donations.

Many other shows theme their programs for the day to help raise money too. Companies, schools, clubs and individuals all hold their own events to fundraise and donate the totals live on air. Charity red noses are for sale in every store in the lead up to the event. It’s a fun, comedic way to raise money.

Red Nose Day has raised almost £64 MILLION this year alone for Comic Relief. Although the event is over, the donations are still coming in.

Quit your job, buy a ticket, get a tan, fall in love, Never return.
