I know he is a raging red flag and a manipulative asshole.

I will never condone such behaviour in real life. I would be the first tell n'jane to run as far away as possible.

I want to be immersed in that toxic plot. I want to experience it 1st person pov. Because I know I can never allow it to happen in real life. So I don't want to be woken up from this .

When some people complain about how the narrative romanticizes P'Jane and that is 'morally wrong' and how it is wrong to think P'Jane is justified in his actions.

First of all, from the pilot to the opening OST, this show has warned us that p'jane is a red flag. Nobody of sufficient age is going to really think that behaving like P'Jane in real life is okay.

This may be way off base, but I just have to say it. Why didn't they just make Phatsa a transmigrator? I know I know, a transmigration story AND an omegaverse story is doing a lot, BUT that would neatly clean up this frankly HUGE plot hole that is legitimately ruining a drama that I have been waiting for so long for! I don't think you understand how disappointed I am that I can't get past this lol. It makes no sense that Phatsa has no clue about omegaverse which is fully part of his world. None! And I can't seem to get past it. 😭

This isn't being treated like a big secret like vampirism or magic in other fictional worlds. People know about it, quite a lot of people talk about it publicly, privately, and openly. It being talked about makes sense since it is a huge aspect of the world. Even if there are a small percentage of people living with these different designations, that's still A LOT of people. I don't remember the exact percentages now, but that's a good amount of people that need completely different and specific infrastructure in place for them if they fall into ABO designations.

That being the case, Phatsa making it to his big age without knowing anything about it makes no sense. This is a smart, capable man, but we're supposed to believe that he knows nothing about this really significant thing that effects many people in his world? Even his best friend's parents are an A/O pairing for fuck's sake!

So, to fix it make him a transmigrator. He didn't have all this messy dubcon nonsense in his old world lol. I think I might just try to headcanon this so I can enjoy the show. I don't think you guys know how much I love omegaverse. They are doing so much right! The nesting?! I never thought I would be able to see something like that on screen. It's amazing. I want to be able to enjoy it.
