My Cave Story Mimiga OCs don't exactly have unique silhouettes, but I think that they're unique in other ways, namely color schemes, accessories, sizes, etc.
Hell, my main two are technically the most "unique" of them all despite them basically being the same character.
I just hope they're all unique enough from each other to be memorable designs.

If you're breakin' the pasta noodles to make it fit into the pot, just wait a bit, and the part of it that's boilin' will eventually go...well, noodly. Allowin' more of it to enter the boiling water. Eventually it'll all be in the pot, boilin', and that way ya also dont offend every single Italian in existence by breaking pasta.

I am going to describe all of these creatures and their personalities under the cut. So, if you're the kind of person that likes Lore, keep reading!
For most of his life, Tomasu wasn't exactly well-liked in Mimiga Village. Though, after his 18th birthday, he eventually made quite a few! And, after moving out of the village (with his pals,) he made a couple more. Now, he's in a group of 7 Mimiga! And also Nubert. So, who exactly are these guys? Well...
TOMASU (23yo, he/they) - I think we all know him. Dead mom, dumb haircut... big ass hammer. Just an all-around doofus. As said prior, his mom was murdered, and he wasn't all that well liked by the rest of Mimiga Village. But, now he's surrounded by a bunch of like-minded individuals!
NAITO (23yo, she/they) - Tomasu's weird alternate timeline girl counterpart. (No, I'm serious.) Cursed by the narrative to be immortal because... well, if you can keep a secret... Naito... might have killed somebody in her Timeline. Ran away so that nobody would know it was her, eventually got so remorseful that she found a way to magically make everything okay again! By... completely abandoning her own timeline and entering the main one. Also, she's the only canonically transgender member of the group! Thanks, magic!
ARUMO (21yo, she/her) - A timid and anxious Mimiga that enjoys reading and is most comfortable around the people she trusts. When by herself and surrounded by a bunch of strangers, her anxiety causes her to break down. Probably comes from the surface... probably. I initially designed Arumo YEARS ago based on a Mimiga I saw in a dream... apparently. I don't really remember it!
SQUASH (19yo, he/him) - This Mimiga was just... born short. He can't help it. He enjoys food, is kind of dumb, and is just... goofy as hell. He considers himself Tomasu's "best friend," which is a mutual belief. You might actually remember Squash if you were around for a lot of my earlier drawings. He's back and in full force! Look at him! My boy!
NOKIN (22yo, they/them) - They lost their family quite a long time ago, possibly when they were a kid. They tried to save them... but they were the only survivor. Empathizes with Tomasu and his dead mother thing because of that. Kind of aggressive sometimes, and trains themselves to become stronger, all to protect the people they care about.
KARIKO (21yo, she/they) - The sort of "energetic one" in the group. Her unwavering optimism lifts the spirits of the group quite a bit whenever the mood is low. She likes making friends, planning activities, just... she's the one that keeps everything under control, even if her methods can cause a bit of trouble for the rest of the group.
MOBI (26yo, he/him) - Somewhat older than the rest of the group, and is abnormally taller than the rest of the Mimiga, about 5'4". The quiet one. He enjoys human culture a bit too much... mostly the automotive industry. Cars, busses, go-karts... he just finds it all interesting, and hopes to be a mechanic one day.
NUBERT (??yo, he/they) - It's Nubert. Everybody loves him. That's why he lives in a cave. No, I don't know why he's persisting outside of a Dark World. That's just the power of Nubert, I guess. Nubert's finally moving up in the world.
like, considering the DS game was the only. entry in it's "series," and that both universomo and original THQ (not THQ Nordic) are defunct studios... where does that leave the Rhythm Heaven Clone That Could?
