Working title/description: phoenix rising

Synopsis: Kuwei Yul-Bo has been spirited away to a new continent, away from indenture auctions and boys who’ll kiss him on accident and away from death, even for a few minutes. Away from any situation where a blue-eyed Squaller might need to lightning-strike his heart back to life. Hopefully. For Kuwei, Ravka means a new life, a new name, a new face. A chance that for once in his short life, he can stop running.

The dead classmate and the ominous insurgent conspiracy are, honestly, just bonuses.
