he’s a fast 2000 liner, meaning he went to school with all the 99 line kids!
thus, he joined kwu in march 2018!
he is an incheon native
in the words of god’s menu — cooking like a chef, i’m a 5 star michelin — jinwoo is a culinary arts major!
he’s from a relatively well-off family, and well — they’d have to be to support his interests, explained further down below
he’s always been pretty independent and this was only encouraged by his parents, who allowed him to cook (under supervision) even as a kid, letting him use the oven and learn from his own experience what to do and what not to do
at the age of 5, he saw ballet dancers and thought they looked really pretty, so he decided he wanted to learn too
he was 7 when he stepped onto the ice for the first time and decided he wanted to learn how to figure skate
starting from then, he began taking lessons and practicing about three to four times a week
he competed in regional and national competitions in korea but didn’t place highly enough to move on to represent korea in international competitions, but he still enjoyed it
he did a year long exchange at ubc (vancouver, canada) in 2020
he’s a part-time model for lotte and sometimes other small brands — he doesn’t love the spotlight but admittedly he looks good in it
he’s living off campus in songpa-gu (jamsil area) with suji, who he’s been dating for almost a year and a half!

other skaters, especially from incheon? jinwoo is not some olympic bound star, he does it primarily recreationally, but he still is okay and can land his doubles (and sometimes triples) consistently!
