Two days later, Corbeau gets into the office to find a glossy magazine waiting for him on his desk. “What’s that?” he asks Philippe as he gets closer to his desk, and then stops as he sees the latest issue from Lumiose Press, with a big picture of Kyōya on the cover.

“Stock was going quickly, I grabbed the last one of this cover from the newsstand I pass on my way to work,” Philippe replies, sounding very proud of himself.

“Okay, and why is it on my desk?” he asks, walking around the mentioned desk to get to his chair.

“I thought you might want a copy,” Philippe answers. “It’s probably gonna be a collector’s item in a few years.”

“Oh, am I suddenly a collector?” Corbeau asks as he sits down, ignoring the fact that he’s technically got a mini collection of video clips of Kyōya from the night of the tower. Well, and maybe a few more little clips that he’s saved over the last few weeks: the grin and wink during the Yveltal battle, the battle with the Zone 5 Alpha Gallade and that little wave at the camera afterwards, Kyōya sticking his tongue out at the courtyard camera when he’d gotten back to the hotel after he’d confessed to Corbeau about his nightmares… “That’s news to me,” he finishes.

Philippe just shrugs. “Do whatever you want with it, I just thought you might like a copy.”

Corbeau shakes his head but reaches out and grabs the magazine, looking more closely at the cover. It’s a cute shot of Kyōya, with a warm smile and maybe a little bit of a blush in his cheeks—or maybe that’s just the studio makeup. Whatever it is, Corbeau can see why the copies with this cover were flying off the shelves. The guy’s definitely gonna be a heartbreaker, Corbeau thinks, not for the first time.

ordering some doujinshi for my bday bc pokcenjp hates me and the mega keychains aren't coming back in stock and i'm tryyyyying to only get all ages ones but what if,,,,i got the multi-night-stand pre-za one which i'm obsessed w the samples of,,,,,,,do i want to send that link to my gom like am i shameless enough 🤔🤔🤔 (and do i want to make her import an 18+ book is my other question or should i just buy all of them direct and just suck it up with the shipping price)

it's so funny going back and seeing what random things are green/purple like my sv character has purple hair/outfit and green glasses and my parents' house is being renovated and I'm looking at my bedroom and bathroom wall colors next to each other because there's no wall between them and my bedroom is green (okay teal but more green than blue) and my bathroom is purple lol I was truly fated to become obsessed w kykr

and now my cat might be in kidney failure so. yeah. i take her to the vet again tomorrow (happy birthday to me) for some more tests and maybe to learn how to give her subq fluids at home and i have an ultrasound appointment for her next tuesday or i can go in earlier if needed so uh yeah i'm not really okay right now....i've had her for 14 years and she's probably 15-16 years old so idk hopefully we can give her a few more years but i'm miserable

no real update except she got some labs done that we'll get the results of tomorrow and my mom and i got the subq fluids tutorial so we'll be doing that from now on 🥺 and we have an appetite stimulant for the lil skinny creature so hopefully she'll start eating a little bit more again 🤞🏻 also i'm having a bad flareup today and everything hurts so happy birthday to me i guess
