Yeah, if the guard fight is a metaphorical consummation/sex scene, then Rey leaving him there unconscious afterwards is like a metaphorical sneaking out on someone after a one-night-stand while they’re still in bed. Where that someone did not think it was a one-night-stand, but the beginning of a relationship. So no wonder Ben was so pissed and, per the novelization, basically thought to himself that “She didn’t even care!” 🤷🏾
