Trump’s Muslim Ban Realized

Today on 1/27/17 Trump closed America’s doors to refugees, indefinitely, banned immigrants from several countries, suspended the Visa program, and effectively left untold numbers of people stranded–including those with Green Cards and especially those with no where else to turn who had already been approved to come here.

It is not a ban purely on Muslims, just on specific (majority Muslim) countries, so there’s a chance it could hold up in court.

He signed this executive order on Holocaust Remembrance Day. Even if he didn’t understand the significance of that, I have no doubt Bannon and the other nazis on his staff did. 

This is monstrous.

To the people who complain about Plague Discord

Get over it.

Holy crap it’s so annoying to see you all complain and be dramatic about “NO ONE NOTICES ME” in the chat.

You want to know why no one notices you?

Because we’re one of the biggest god damn flights on this site, with tons of people active almost all the time. Expecting to not get swamped by the messages is pretty ridiculous.

There’s no “cliques”, people just recognize each other moreso than new faces. Or sometimes there’s already a conversation going on.

If you want to complain about problems you have, we have the support and venting channel. If you want to show off art and lore, there’s a channel for that too! We made channels for other topics so everyone doesn’t get swamped.

And if no one notices you during busy hour, wait till it’s more quiet, be persistent and keep talking. That’s how you get noticed.

No one’s going to hold your hand.

Get over it, grow up.

If you’re gonna leave this flight, go ahead. We don’t have time for whiny crybabies on the internet when we all have busy stuff in our lives. You’re not entitled to attention, stop acting like it.

Do I think that issues should be brought up with me? Yes, I do. I don’t agree with this anonymous grouching that occurs on here an’ on AR. But to see you reply, also anon, to this in such a hateful way?

Quit talking as if your words represent something. Quit talking as if you are the lone word of reason from my chat.

Yes, we’re all upset about how our chat is perceived. How our flight is perceived. An’ you know what? We shoulder it an’ keep on. We survive, as Plaguemum dictates.

This just announces to the rest of the site that Plague really is truly full of angry, hateful people.

That is not representative of us, nor will it ever be.
