After getting alolan raichu I asked myself, should I get a shiny normal raichu? The game answered that question in the form of an outbreak.

Side note, I think raichu is one of those shinies that suffered in the transition from 2D to 3D. It colors were de-saturated and I just don't like how they look in the 3D games. So I pulled from the 2D sprites for this piece for more vibrant colors.

This thing is like an adorable chocolate animal come to life. It gives me cuteness aggression. I just want to squish it's little face and cheeks, I don't care if it would end up with me being electrocuted, it would be worth it.

A result of quintesson cloning, Megaempress now servers as one of two decepticon lieutenants that patrol the quintesson/decepticon boarder. She, and her crew, are quite good at this job, and often take particular pleasure in cutting down any quitesson, or whatever mindless hordes they send in their place, that cross the boarder. While she is a notable fighter and leader, her true passion lies in the art of performance. During her down she, along with her four self-proclaimed guards, Lunaclub, Moonheart, Flowspade, and Trickdiamond, greatly enjoy creating music, often inspired by the likes of the autobot Rosanna. Megaempress loves to perform her songs live, and she takes great care in creating a performance she, and her guards, will enjoy giving.

It is this unabashed love of arts, a decidedly un-decepticon like trait, as well her genuine care and worry for her subordinates and population of the Decepticon Empire, that has led to her being a social outcast from her fellow 'cons and lieutenants. Another, unvoiced, belief for her social outcasting is the the disturbing physical similarity she has to Lord Megatron, and the great dissimilarity between their personalities.
