Entrapdak Positivity Month Day 28 - First Time

Just because I headcanon Entrapta and Hordak as ace doesn’t mean I think they would never. Anything for science 😉

There’s an amusing story behind this piece. I actually drew it first, before all the others. I was looking over the prompt list, contemplating whether I’d participate, when the prompt ‘first time’ caught my eye. I thought “well there’s one I’ll have to skip,” believing I’d never come up with an idea... then suddenly I did! This scene popped right into my head in vivid detail 😂 Turns out the joke’s on me!

I had no choice but to draw it. When I get an idea like that, I have to express it, whether in words or by drawing, or the idea spirals around in my head for hours (sometimes all day). I wasn’t sure if I’d have the courage to share the finished piece. I’ve never drawn something this suggestive before... I know very little of these things, and I can only hope I captured a shred of the emotional connection I was trying to convey. These two deserve it.

Fall Apart

“Your armor… it’s holding you together.”

Many layers of meaning in that line from s2e3, just before Entrapta “rebuilds” Hordak. It clearly refers to more than just the physical armor.

Art inspired by the utterly BEAUTIFUL post-finale fic “Intimacy Log” by Lady_Kit aka @spacebatisluvd​ . The fic’s themes of body positivity, consent, and gentle femdom truly spoke to me on a personal level. More on that, plus face detail shot, under the cut.
