I posted a picture from 2009 on my friend's facebook and this happened.

I can promise you, it's been a long time since these people have talked and it's been 5 years since they marched together.

But we can all still reminisce about an awful day in Oklahoma. 

I love drum corps for that.

Beckanne Sisk shows up in "First Position". She's one of the leads in "Breaking Pointe."

And I realized that this is where she got scouted for Ballet West because this competition was in 2010 and she joined Ballet West in 2011.

I was watching "First Position" and they showed a shot of the judges table. I realized that the guy in this shot is Adam Sklute, the artistic director of Ballet West, which was the focus of the TV show, "Breaking Pointe".

Drum Corps Dreams

My mom tells me she still has dreams/nightmares of not being able to find her uniform, or waking up in the gym and being late to rehearsal.

Guess we'll never escape these dreams.
