After you order, he says, "Okay, coming right up," and pretends to give you your food. He has another game called "Silly McDonald's," which is the same thing, except no matter what you order, he says, "Here's your cold hamburger."

She did her own research after finding the usual techniques lacking and went to a surgeon with information about surgeons in India using peritoneal tissue to build/rebuild vaginas in cis women and asked why, if it could be done for a cis woman born with incomplete vaginal development, it could not be done for her.

This is absolutely amazing.

I want to be clear: a constructed vagina is a real vagina.  These will not be more “real”.  What they will be is more functional.  And that is amazing.
