oh how i love being a woman

being a woman is like being a ladybug.

we are the most beautiful creatures but in the wild we get told we are small; we get looked upon as cute and adorable and not fierce and strong minded. we are underestimated and we are used only as a token of luck for many other animals.

but being a woman is so much more than that, it's more than the mascara-stained cloths and the lipsticks in the bathroom. it's more than the iced coffee with sugar or the three extra pumps of vanilla. its more than the perfectly curated Spotify playlist after a breakup.

Being a woman is about love.

Not the love for another person or your dog, about love for ourselves. Without woman the world would shine with love a little less. We are such a loving gender we build off one another; we love so hard that little boys call for their mothers not fathers, why nurses are such a woman dedicated field, because in times like those you only wanted to be supported by love not facts

woman are strong, brave, dedicated and so so so loving

we are nowhere without woman
