Friendly reminder to hydrate yourself after you have to cry for a while! Whether it’s from anxiety, depression, or just a sad fandom/character giving you feels, crying takes a lot out of you, and in my case even clogs up my sinuses and gives me a headache! Always be sure to drink water, but especially after a hard cry.
