Maya pulled down the screen to hide it back on her tablet, “Oh I could very well turn you in. But then they would do a security overhaul and I would have to rewrite everything I did,” she said shaking her head with an annoyed sigh. “I want to know how. I barley caught your trace.”
“Hella glad you aren’t. Corporate companies are a bitch to deal with, legally.” Lu gave a sigh of relief. “Now that, that’s a bit harder to explain.” Something told Lu that this girl wasn’t the mutant hating type, but in this day and age, she could never be too sure. “Would you accept the simple answer of I was born with the ability?” She doubted that explanation would cut it but it was wroth a shot.
