about me
blorbo of the day: mu qing
my content:
mostly reblogs of fandom art, gifs, meta, etc
(very) occasionally I post fanart under #my art
tags you might want to block are #discourse, #lin talks discourse, #ladyofthemurk bitching, #nsfw
I try to tag common triggers with the respective thing + “cw” at the end, but if I miss a post please feel free to tell me!
#discourse is specifically for reblogs, #lin talks discourse is for my own posts/commentary
please do not reblog any original posts under a readmore cut
fandoms I’m in:
started as a The Untamed (#cql) blog, less so mdzs, which I haven’t read (though I do know most of the stuff that happens)
currently into the Locked Tomb Series, Six of Crows
watching Hannibal
the rest is pretty miscellaneous
my interests flip a lot more than I can remember to update this post so expect this section to be outdated
things I like to avoid:
fandom purity discourse — ship and let ship, live and let live; if it’s tagged/warned properly it’s fine
adaptation discourse. yes this is about the entire mdzs vs cql disaster; you don’t have to like both but if you’re disdainful of one or the other I’m not gonna say don’t follow me but at least don’t let me know about it. for transparency purposes my stance is firmly "cql is nuanced actually and people who prefer it don’t not care about the story" and "the novel and novel fans deserved better than the backlash they got"
in a similar vein: that weird comparison thing people love to do with different media/characters/ships/whatever like "x is way better than y!" it’s the fastest way to turn me off something
blocking policy
idk I’d like to think I have a set of reasonable rules but in truth my “policy” is that I block everyone who is even a little bit annoying. if you’re blocked don’t worry it’s not like you’re missing out
wanna talk?
feel free to message me or drop an ask! new friends are always appreciated
