Apartment Remodel Speed Build: Single mom and nonbinary preteen living space (link to video)

I remodeled an Eco Living apartment in the Sims 4 using a black/white/green/red color scheme. My goals were to make it not Christmasy, but I’m also obsessed with these colors lately. It needed to be both moody and bright to reflect the artistic nature of the family. I picture a mom who doesn’t have time to be as creative as she’d like and her nonbinary preteen kiddo as living in the space. Links to custom content can be found in the description of the video.

Witchy Ho Wall Set 03 (Remakes of The Old Set 01)

K so like I said I was going to redo that first set I released. These are a lot less blurry, totally seamless across all wall heights and embarrass me far less. I will do most of the other walls from that first set over as well so if you downloaded it feel free to delete delete delete as these are much better.

Leonora’s Apartment

Leonora Hesse is starting over. She’s invested all her savings into remodeling her apartment, hoping that the move will give her both a roof over her head and a portfolio to attract new customers.

This was one of the themes I was pondering for my previous milestone (which ended up being the Fisherman’s Nook set instead), but I’m glad I could utilize it for this gift instead. My largest set to date, and most ambitious when it comes to effects.

The second speed build is done and up on time. Go me! I think this is one of my favorites. It just turned out really quirky and cool. I’d feel crazy comfortable living here.
