Kristala is a dark fantasy, souls-like, action RPG being developed in Unreal Engine 5 that takes place in the world of Ailur. Five hundred years ago, six crystals collided with the planet, introducing strange magic unknown to the numerous animal denizens of the world. The creatures of Ailur grew larger, smarter, and with time formed unique and complex cultures. With this new mysterious power and sapience came conflict as well. It is at this intersection of two species, the Anagativa and the Kotakaya, and their struggle for survival, that the story of Kristala begins.

We couldn’t be more excited to feature such powerful people as the monstrous voices of our carefully crafted creatures. Keep a look out for sneak peaks of their work, character design, and much more as we continue to develop Kristala. Stay metal!
