unfortunately, samah's husband, mahmoud, has an extremely high fever of over 32c and it is actively damaging his brain. we weren't able to raise money for him while ammar needed his injection, but now he badly needs help
without the medicine needed, he's just gotten worse day by day. he has fallen unconscious now and will not wake up. samah thinks that he will probably die if this goes on.
we therefore need this medicine as urgently as possible - please let's set a deadline for before the end of tomorrow, lest another day worsen his condition further
