I’ve suffered with my weight since I was 9, I’m 31 now. I’ve always been terrified of going to the gym. I feel like everyone is laughing at me or looking at me with disgust.

This year I will conquer my fear of the gym.

I’ve been going 2x a week. I only use the treadmill 😔 because I freeze with fear & I panic

I often feel like I’m not good enough and that’s why I either keep my passion a secret or I just stay away. I’m done with that. I want to express myself and share what’s boiling inside.
