Self-Care Challenge
I have taken it upon myself to create a challenge to keep me on track with what I want in life. That way if I build these healthy habits before the new year, I can have an easier time achieving my bigger goals for 2026.
I'm sharing to document my progress but also in case it interests someone along the way. For the remaining two months of the year I will be trying to get 1000 points by doing various activities with set points. (all created by me, feel free to customize to fit personal preference)

When I envision my future I see a life thats I'm excited to live everyday. I put myself first. In my mind a big part of keeping myself happy involves routine. It's a way to give my life meaning (I pretend like I'm on a little tv show)
